Very handy! Removed counter and sink, added electrical, and repairs our sprinkles all in one visit.

Farhad is awesome! Quick response, good pricing and same-day installation for 6 new ceiling lights. I will definitely use him again!

We hired Farhad to tackle a wide variety of problems around our house and he did a great job. He is a quiet and thoughtful man who approached the solutions to our issues. We had a metal pole lamp that came down in a wind storm, so he crafted a cement base and it is better than ever. Next, years ago we had hired a company to remodel our house when we bought it. One of the things they did was to remove a doggy door. The replacement wall had cracked so Farhad repaired the cracks and provided texture. Lastly he switched an outdoor motion detecting light with a Nest one that has a camera. I was able to set it up to the IOT and ADT. Now I can see when coyotes, raccoons and other critters come to munch their way through our garden. Oh well, mother always said that it is good to share. read more

I called to get a Toto bidet installed. Turned out I needed an outlet installed. Not an easy job but he got the job done as well as some other smaller job at my home. Highly recommend this business and can vouch for his work. I also appreciated how he cleaned up after the job. I hate having to clean up after contractors. read more

If you're looking for a new handyman, look no further. All Around Handyman Services is fantastic. Found Farhad on Yelp, and his business is covered by the Yelp guarantee. Quick response to my quote request. Messaged back and forth so I could explain what I needed in detail, including me sending him a couple of photos. Set up appointment for two days from date of quote. Arrived on time, evaluated the problem, ran to Home Depot to get the part needed, and was back quickly. Installed the new part quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier. He is now our go to person for any type of handyman work around our house. Another company, list on the same Yelp page, wanted 3 times the price for the exact same job. Not a misprint. Other person's quote was $740 + parts. Farhad's quote, which he honored at payment time, was $250 + parts. Great guy, great person. What more could anyone ask? read more

Farhad was a pleasure to work with. He accommodated my request very clearly and completely. We even trusted him with Access to the occupied unit while he completed his work. He did two drywall ceiling repairs from recent rain damage due to roof leak, including sporicidin spray tenting the work space and even painting over the attic cover. He was extremely professional and productive. Completing the work efficiently and completely. We also used him for a garbage disposal replacement. I'm extremely excited to recommend this excellent Handyman to our community. Please be respectful to his English. He will get better at communicating over time. But his work speaks for itself and he understood me perfectly. So highly recommend and be clear on your own expectations. He will live up to them read more

Farhad was great to work with! He's very knowledgeable and friendly. The work I wanted done was very unique and I had a couple of requests that other contractors weren't willing to accommodate. Farhad's quote was the lowest I received and work began promptly. He was great with communicating and flexible with scheduling. I had a shelving unit that I wanted completely taken out and replaced with an inset electric fireplace, frame so I could mount my TV, and hidden storage drawers below the fireplace. He even moved the electrical outlets for me so we could have a wireless TV look. After the initial quote, Farhad knew exactly what I was looking for and needed very minimal input from that point on. I love the way it turned out! It has completely transformed our living room and I've very happy with the final result! read more

Got my small job done fast, on budget, looks great. Easy to work with. Called on a Thursday and done by Saturday afternoon. What a relief.

I reached out to this contractor and he got back to me in just a few hours. I sent him photos and a description of what I wanted done, and he provided me with an estimate. The day of the work was the first time he saw the project in person. He verified everything and stuck to the estimate he had initially provided. He also offered to complete some additional work, noting corrosion to one of my sink supply lines. I accepted, but other than additional work completed, he stuck to the amount he quoted. My project included carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. All of which he knew how to do professionally and well. He was also able to explain what he was doing and why, as well as what parts he would need. He did great work, and I would hire him again! read more

I was looking for someone that could help me with a couple projects in our home. I requested some quotes through Yelp and Farhad responded fairly quick. He gave me a quote that I thought was fair for the job. I requested to have our upstairs toilet fixed, some baseboards placed in our bathroom and for our stair railings to be reinstalled because they were crooked and too high. After buying the materials, he came into our home and got on the job right away. He seems like a really hard worker and overall I am happy with the results. Farhad came and fixed everything we requested. We still have some projects to do around our house so I wouldn't hesitate to hire Farhad again. read more

Just moved in to a new place and hired All Around Handyman Services to install a ceiling fan with a light, Nest Doorbell and a Nest Thermostat. They responded to my quote request super quickly and offered a competitive rate. They were extremely professional and respectful of our new home by setting up floor protectors and cleaned up any mess caused by the installation. We're planning on hiring them again for future projects as we continue to get settled in our new home. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great handyman in North County! read more

Farhad was quick to respond & came out the next day to do the work. I was very impressed with his persistence. He installed several ceiling fans for us & one in particular was making a noise when running at high speeds. He continued to test & work on it for close to an hour before he got the noise to cease. Great work & we will definitely use him again. read more

Scott is very courteous and thorough and completes work at the promised time. I highly recommend him.

Used again a year later - they are responsive - just make sure you get a price estimate prior to sending out to repair.

In the middle of the homestretch of getting our condo ready to list, we found a weird area in our bathroom that the previous owners left and covered with a chair. The timing hadn't been finished to the wall and the floor was exposed. We got in touch with Farhad through Yelp and he was over right away. Since we really didn't know how to fix it, he came up with the best option. He did a great job finishing the floor with concrete. It looks like it totally was there the whole time. He was fast, responsive, courteous and I will definitely call him again. read more

We needed all the outlets in our home replaced with new ones plus faceplates, along with moving a couple of outlets around. If I had done it myself, it would have likely taken all of 2 or 3 days. With Farhad and crew, the two of them took all-day to complete the job, 10.5 hrs in total. They took their time to do the work well and stayed focussed the entire time. I'll be working with Farhad on my future home projects. His rates/quotes are reasonable and he does a very good job! read more

Moran Custom Painting, Lakeside, CA Robert and his team member, Donnie, did a great job painting my two bedroom, bath and living room. It's bright, clean and exactly what I wanted. They went above and beyond several times during the project, including after reluctantly using ceiling paint that I had on hand and provided. They didn't like the result and re-sprayed my ceiling with the paint Robert originally wanted to use. It made such a difference. Next time I'll trust Robert to pick the paint brand. Both Robert and Donnie are skilled in their trade, consummate professionals and I would recommend them, and will be calling them again for future projects. read more

This business robs you. All I needed was a pipe screwed on because I have arthritis making it difficult for me. I also needed the cartridge in the hot water handle to be replaced. The man came downstairs and said he had to go to Home Depot. I asked why (the job is VERY simple). I then asked him how much he would charge me. He said $375! $375 to rotate a plastic wrap around a pipe (which I already had) and for a cartridge that is $4 at Lowe's. I told him to leave. He made me pay $150 and didn't even fix what I had hired him to do. He made up a lie trying to say the problem was with the pipe in the wall. I'm sorry dude. I'm not stupid. I know the issue and how to fix it. If it wasn't for arthritis I would have easily done this myself. Liars, thieves, crooks. Think twice before choosing them over anyone else! read more
