We hired Farhad to tackle a wide variety of problems around our house and he did a great job. He is a quiet and thoughtful man who approached the solutions to our issues. We had a metal pole lamp that came down in a wind storm, so he crafted a cement base and it is better than ever. Next, years ago we had hired a company to remodel our house when we bought it. One of the things they did was to remove a doggy door. The replacement wall had cracked so Farhad repaired the cracks and provided texture. This business robs you. All I needed was a pipe screwed on because I have arthritis making it difficult for me. I also needed the cartridge in the hot water handle to be replaced. The man came downstairs and said he had to go to Home Depot. I asked why (the job is VERY simple). I then asked him how much he would charge me. He said $375! $375 to rotate a plastic wrap around a pipe (which I already had) and for a cartridge that is $4 at Lowe's. I told him to leave. He made me pay $150 and didn't even fix what I had hired him to do. He made up a lie trying to say the problem was with the pipe in the wall. I'm sorry dude. I'm not stupid. I know the issue and how to fix it. If it wasn't for arthritis I would have easily done this myself. Liars, thieves, crooks. Think twice before choosing them over anyone else! read more
