We were replacing a broken toilet ourselves, but removed the old one to find that the setting in the floor was completely borked. There was no actual flange at all, just a repair flange and it was set below the level of the flooring and filled in around with a mess of some kind of caulk or filler to try and raise the level up. Making this right was way out of our league, so we called MasterCraft to help us out. They confirmed our suspicions that this was messed up six ways from Sunday and talked through the process of cleaning out the filler, chipping away the concrete, and refilling it with a clean setting of concrete so they could set a proper flange 1/4" above the flooring and for a reasonable price considering how terrible the setup was. They immediately set up an appointment to return the next day. While they were there for the estimate, they offered a free inspection of the plumbing in the rest of the house, which I took to be a fishing expedition for more "problems" they could "fix" for more money, but such was not the case. They found one minor issue, said it could probably wait a few years, and even fixed another minor issue they found for free, then said everything else looked good. Startling honesty and helpfulness! From my call for help, they had folks out to check things out in about two hours, and the work was completed less than 24 hours after that. For the level of work done, an incredible turn time, IMO. All told, we had 5 different techs in our house between inspection and repair, and every single one was friendly, competent, and respectful of our home. While I'm not eager to *need* their services, if I do, MasterCraft Plumbing has definitely earned repeat customers here! read more

On August 10, 2026 I called MasterCraft Plumbers and stated I had a leaking toilet that had done damage to my wooden subfloor. I was told they would send someone from their plumbing side and someone from their home improvement side. Two people did arrive as agreed but both were plumbers. After a decussion about my situation I was concerned about the wood replacement and how my flooring would look. I asked for an estimate and they said they couldn't give me one until they knew the wood replacement cost. I was told they would be back the next morning with floor samples. We had a serious problem: Sewer line that had "sunk" forming a valley (belly) with contents backing up in the garage. No easy fix-had to dig up and replace. Chase came out right away and using the camera quickly diagnosed the problem. Manny and Ed confirmed what needed to be done. Jacob Sorenson and his crew came out and dug up the sewer line (which was about 4-5 feet deep and ran through the middle of the garage), replaced the pipe, added gravel and fill. Very competent. Cement contractor is here today to finish the patch. All is well. These guys worked incredibly hard in 95 degree weather. Jacob was the lead and clearly knew what he was doing and was able to communicate well. Manny was accessible and adjusted the contract/invoice as the situation required. The price was reasonable. Mastercraft is a real company (not fly-by-night) and their employees were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and communicated extremely well to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding. We've used MasterCraft Plumbers for several years. They've handled a whole range of jobs for us - blocked sink and shower drains, running toilets, replacing plumbing fixtures, and a faulty pressure regulator. The pressure regulator job was especially tricky - another company wasn't able to fix it but MasterCraft was able to diagnose the problem and set us up with a heavy duty regulator that has had zero problems in the past year and half.
