MasterCraft Plumbers came through for us in a big way after a late-night plumbing emergency, and I couldn't be more grateful for their service. He was very professional, efficient, and accomplished the work with a high level of skill. He had the damaged pipe repaired and the water back on in the house within about three hours, which was incredible given the situation. Mastercraft/Jeremy Nedrow recently helped address a variety of plumbing issues in a newly purchased condominium and did a 5-Star job. Update: After living with them for a short while, I decided a couple of bathroom faucets, although serviceable, should also be replaced. Jeremy returned and did another fantastic job. This is an updated review on Turner B their lead plumbing technician who works for MasterCraft Plumbers. I had an issue after this MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet was installed yesterday. This issue is, I was not able to access this new MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet because for some reason, there was no water that came out of it. This was after Turner their Lead Plumbing Technician from MasterCraft Plumbers left my home. This morning I called and I spoke to Chris this answering service specialist and I explained this situation with Chris in me not being able to access this new MOEN Adler Kitchen Faucet because there was no water coming out of this faucet. I asked Chris , can she send a message to Brett their dispatcher and let him know my issue and to ask Turner B. to come over to my house and check out this issue to resolve this problem. Another minor issue was that Turner B. he accidentally had taken this manual for the MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Installation with him when he was going to throw away the old kitchen faucet part and the box. I always keep the manuals and the Lowe's Sales Receipt for my own reference and my protection in case I have any issues with this new kitchen faucet. I like that I can refer back to this plumbing replacement service for important information on MOEN's Lifetime Warranty on this MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Replacement Service. Then I received a text message from Brett (dispatcher). Brett told me that Turner B is in enroute and he is driving over to my house right now and he will be at my house shortly to diagnose and to resolve this issue with the water not coming out of this new MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet. Turner is at my mom's house right now doing the installation on the MOEN Kitchen Pull-Down Faucet Replacement Service. I am observing Turner right now in replacing this MOEN Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet. Turner was very friendly to me when he greeted me at my front door. Then Turner told me he needs to return to his service truck and get his specific tools he needs to complete this MOEN Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Installation Service today. My Updated Review for Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Turner he knocked on my front door this early afternoon. I greeted Turner with a friendly hello and he came inside my home. Then I explained this situation with Turner. Turner he looked underneath the sink and told me the water valve has been turned off. That's the reason there was no water coming out of this new kitchen faucet. Also Turner showed how to use this new MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet today. It was a simple fix that Turner has done for me. I believe my interaction with Turner these past two days we have developed a good business rapport and business relationship with each other. Turner started working on installing the MOEN Kitchen Pull-Down Faucet this afternoon at 3:30 p.m. It didn't take Turner very long to complete this installation service in my mom's house today. Then Turner showed me how to use this new MOEN Kitchen Pull-Down Faucet. I was charged a reasonable price for this service and it was very affordable to me. I will give Turner a call again when something else comes up and I need to get a plumbing issue repaired or replaced in my home. I received excellent customer service and Turner and he also did an awesome job today. I highly recommend MasterCraft Plumbers. read more

Our hot water tank started leaking, and we reached out to several plumbers to get quotes and options for replacing versus upgrading to a tankless system. Master craft did a great job explaining the options with pros and cons of each, and took their time to answer all our questions without pressuring us either way. We went with MC to do an upgrade for a tankless system. They were able to prioritize us and come out that week! The technician Jacob worked extremely hard and did fine craftsmanship. He put in our new system and walked us through all the changes and improvements. In addition, he installed a utility sink where the old hot water tank was. Unfortunately, there was a small hiccup with the drain due to it being connected to an old pipe that broke, not his fault. Instead of stressing me out about it, he took care of it professionally and ensured top quality upon completion. In fact, the owner of MC Joe even contacted my wife and I to check in and make sure we were satisfied given the hiccup encountered. It was a great experience working with the MC team. read more

I called to get a quote on some work. We need done at our house. The prices were really fair so we appreciated the great customer service.

We got the infamous letter in the mail, informing us that our insurance company wasn't going to renew our policy because we had a water leak in the past and we needed to put in a home leak detection system and an automatic shutoff. After we were done panicking, I came to Yelp and put in a request for a plumber. I had many replies but we decided to go with MasterCraft Plumbers. They offered a free estimate and were able to come out the very next morning. Manuel came out and let us know the cost and we made an appointment for the work to be done the next day. Manuel started the job and then Eddie came out to help. They finished the job but unfortunately when they left, there was a problem with the actual leak detector box. Joshua came out, the same afternoon and replaced the box. Overall, we had a great experience and are not going to be canceled by our insurance company. read more

I rent a lovely older home and the sinks became clogged and garbage disposal was leaking.. Mastercraft came out on a Friday night after another plumber didn't show up. They unclogged the main pipe, replaced the garbage disposal and cleared the lines to the street. Joe showed up on a Saturday to support his technicians and to speak to the landlord. They were professional, kind, and thorough at a fair price. Highly recommend. Kathy read more

Loved working with this company for many reasons but the main one being that they were the first to reach back out after sending a Yelp request. I spoke with Gabriel regarding my clogged yard drain and he was able to send someone out the next morning. Trey and Jacob showed up on time and helped me solve the problem very swiftly. The drain was unclogged and Jacob actually showed me the problem that was causing the clog. All of the gentleman from this company were kind and extremely helpful with any questions I had. Im very satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs! read more

MasterCraft Plumbers - Clogged Yard Drain - Plumbing Near Me - Carlsbad, California

We own a condo in North County. Our neighbors called to say there was water coming out of the garage. They opened the garage door and discovered that the water heater had literally blown apart. Water was gushing everywhere. I called MasterCraft and their dispather sent Travis G out to the rescue. He arrived, quickly assessed the situation, and shut off the water supply. He told me it was a rare circumstance, 1 in 50, where the waterheater literally blew apart. He disconnected the water heater, put a cap on the supply line and a valve on the hot water side. Then he could turn the water back on which supplies 6 condos in our building. Travis talked to me, detailed the situation, and even recommended a restoration company (who came right away) that he had used. He then gave me a very fair quote for a new water heater to be installed when the restoration folks are ready for it. Travis G gets my highest recommendation: He knows his craft, he communicates well, and he does excellent work. Thanks, Travis!! read more

Great service, professional work, excellent results. I highly recommend this company.

On time, fair price and solid work I would recommend them to do plumbing work for me again.

Minimal to no responsive, poor customer service - would not use or trust. Called MasterCraft on Thursday night for tech the next morning. Tech came on time (about 0830 Friday morning), looked at the water heater then said parts need replacing. He thought I was going to order the parts from Bradford White (first bad assumption). Secondly, I heard nothing from MasterCraft Plumbers all day unless I called them. I finally called them a second time around 3pm, still without an estimate or status of parts or anything else, and the only thing they told me was the tech had to cover for another tech and was very busy. Tech finally responded to tell me he had no additional information and "had been trying all day". At 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon, I moved onto another plumbing company. Would never call MasterCraft Plumbers again. read more

I can't say enough about Eddie, a plumber from MasterCraft. I was concerned about a leak in my kitchen involving piping to the dishwasher and garbage disposal. He checked all lines and answered all my questions. There was no charge and he was here in less than 2 hours of my call for service. His visit brought me "peace of mind" and relief. I will definitely use this company in the future. I will cancel an appointment I made earlier with another local plumber who was going to charge $160/hour for the call. Thank you Eddie! read more

Love this company. I have used them many times. I'm surprised I haven't reviewed the plumbing side yet. My mobile home had a nasty egg smell in the kitchen and it was only when the water was running. They came out and cleared my drain. Fixed the problem, I didn't even realize a clog was the problem because water wasn't backing out. I can't say the price was the best as I've seen ads for cheaper drain clearing but it was still reasonable and not an issue to pay. Our water heater started having problems so I had a tech come out. He offered great advice and was pleasant as all the employees with mastercraft. They also have experts for manufactured homes so you will feel at ease as some plumbing and repair issues are different than other homes. Free and quick estimates makes it a 5 star. I also appreciate the professionalism and respect for customers that I have experienced and it shows in some of the other reviews of people who have had minor issues. I used another division of mastercraft and had a disappointing first impression. And the owner made sure I was happy enough to give them another chance and I was and I will continue to do business here. read more

Based on their stellar Yelp/Google reviews and their office close by my house on a Fri. afternoon, I phoned MasterCraft Plumbing due to an immediate need of a new water heater. Eduardo was at my home within the hour and arranged to install a new water heater the next AM by his crew. Eduardo promptly showed the next morning at 8 AM leaving all the necessary parts for his crew to install the new heater successfully. After hours of hard work bringing our outdated system up to code by Raul, we had a new water heater and hot water. I now understand why MCPlumbing has a five star rating. If we ever need plumbing services again, I will not hesitate to call this competent and professional company. read more
