Very prompt and efficient at solving what turned out to be many issues with fluctuating water pressure.

Paterno and his guys could not have been better. If you need a plumber, this is your guy! I will definitely call him next time.

While working on foundation repairs, my contractor hit a small water line below grade. The first plumbing company to respond attempted to upsell me to a full-house repipe. When I said no, they refused to make the repair. We then called MasterCraft, who responded quickly after hours. Edgar repaired the line in no time and, when he noticed my downstairs (only) water pressure was low, went above and beyond to clean two clogged faucet aerators which resolved that problem too. Edgar was happy, friendly, and confident and I could not have been more pleased. My contractor has now added MasterCraft to their "first call" list because of how they handled this job. Will be calling again for my future needs. Thank you, Edgar and MasterCraft! read more

Our initial plan was to try and attempt taking out our old kitchen sink and install the new one but we quickly found out that it was going to be too difficult. The two plumbers who came out from MasterCraft Plumbers were absolute pros! They were able to brainstorm and figure out how to get the old sink out and the new one in. Their services were worth every penny! I would highly recommend this company if you need any type of plumbing service. read more

Had them to replace the p trap for a drain line. The communication went smoothly and they came the next day to do the inspection, estimate efficiently without any hiccups and hidden things. Price is fair and job is well done! read more

Well you guys have saved my butt again, repaired the shower head in my bathroom after I hired a plumber to repair it the first time and broke the shower elbow connection of water line. Thank you again read more

Honestly incredible response time. I put out a "project need" on Yelp for a clogged sink and no joke I had a call from these guys minutes later, an appointment booked for the next day (a Saturday) and no premium for weekend work1 I asked bc I feel like that's normal for plumbing companies but not these guys. They're not nickel and diming you for nothing. They were on time, wore the booties on their feet to keep my house clean and were done in 20 minutes with invoice paid. This was a great interaction from start to finish. I'll keep them in mind should anything else come up in my house. read more

Adrian is super helpful and knowledgeable . He went over and above to make sure everything was fixed perfectly. Friendly efficient service. I definitely would recommend him for your plumbing needs read more

This is the second time I have used MasterCraft Plumbers. Joe Martin does a thorough inspection and gives a fair estimate. Jason Sorenson did the work, perfectly I might add. Jason had worked on some other plumbing issues for me. I had to leave for the day, and felt very comfortable leaving him alone in the house. Job was just being completed when I returned. He took me all around the house showing me what he had done. Excellent organization! read more

Can't say enough good things about Edgar and MasterCraft. Took a quick look even though our landlord wanted to use his plumber (who couldn't be reached) but didn't charge us for the trip. Super knowledgeable and courteous. read more

Just installed our new whole house water system. Tomorrow is the whole house repiping day . Hopefully, it goes as well as today

The base of the toilet was cracked and leaking a bit. After the MasterCraft plumber, JJ, removed the toilet it was apparent that the floor flange was bad (probably the original) and needed to be replaced. JJ took care of it, and my renter fell in love with JJ's Customer service. And, communication was great because I live about 90 miles from our rental. I knew what was going on contemporaneously. read more

Jeremy was 10/10. He was honest and thorough. I've used Mastercraft for years and while all techs have been good, he was by far the best.

Everything was great! Pleasant, worked until he got it right, very knowledgeable and great cleanup. I will call again!!!

Excellent service Eddie Munoz did the work and at an excellent price. Service was quick same day with in 2 hours. Quick set up and work was done within two hours. read more

We needed to minor plumbing repairs done and reached out to a handful of plumbers for quotes. MasterCraft stood out to us immediately because of their quick response and the fact that they don't charge unnecessary weekend rates/fees like many of their competitors do. They sent a plumber out same day on a Saturday to take a look at the work we needed and provide a quote. Our plumber, Ahmad, was on time, polite, and provided us with a reasonable quote with transparency on the cost breakdown and work summary. When we confirmed we wanted to proceed with the quote he scheduled the service for the next morning. The repairs were completed well and efficiently, our final invoice even ended up being lower since one of the repairs was much simpler than we anticipated. HIGHLY recommend! read more

Very responsive and honest company with great employees and fair pricing! They are my new go-to for all of our plumbing needs. Paterno and Raul were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend! read more

This is our third time using mastercraft and second time getting Ramces, and he's honest, professional, and quick.

Had a water hammer problem that no one was able to solve. Until these folks showed up. Previous diagnoses included "maybe it's the pressure regulator". Replacing that did not fix the problem, and cost $400. Next up, "maybe it is the irrigation valves". $1350 and didn't fix the problem. Finally I gave mastercraft plumbers a call. The tech showed up next morning, I explained the issue, and the tech did what no other was able to, pin it on a worn out toilet flush valve. Rather than charge me, he told me it was a DIY job, and $20 later, I installed and configured the new toilet valve myself. And the water hammer went away. Charge for the advice? Nothing. I even offered to pay for the advice, but he just smiled and said "no worries". I don't expect my next plumbing need to be so easy, or given freely, but I will be calling mastercraft again. Rather than guess, they found the problem, and totally earned my future business. read more

Manny fixed our leaky sink. He was professional, kind, and thorough. He wasn't pushy with any kind of selling technique. He provided a lot of great information and was easy to talk to. I will definitely request him for my next plumbing need. Thanks, Manny! read more

Daniel M. and Eddie came out to check/fix an issue with our clogged kitchen sink, and they were absolutely wonderful. Both were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain how the drainage system works and how they resolved the problem. They also shared helpful tips on how to care for the sink and pipes moving forward. I truly appreciate their time and expertise! I highly recommend their services, and they will definitely be my first call if I ever need help again. read more

Master Craft sent Daniel to install a new kitchen faucet and a non-electrical bidet for me. Both Daniel's demeanor and professionalism were outstanding. The kitchen faucet install went smoothly but due to limited space behind my toilet he was unable to connect the bidet without removing the toilet for an additional charge. He offered to come back with an attachment that would solve the problem and save me money. That sort of consideration was so appreciated! I will always call Master Craft and request Daniel for all my plumbing needs! Highly recommend! read more

Its been about a week since Ramces came to fix our leaking showerhead. I had tried everything i could to fix it myself but when Ramces came over he explained that nothing I could have done would have fixed it. He was quick, informative and the price was fair, He is asset to Mastercraft Plumbing. Thank you Ramces! read more

My husband and I had a really fantastic experience with Erin & Joe with MasterCraft Plumbers. We had a bathtub leak. They showed up the next day after we opened a project on Yelp. They were very polite, professional and courteous. They efficiently quoted us a few options for repairs. The repair price was NOT expensive, which I was so relieved about. They also provided a free estimate to install gas lines to our electric only range. Overall I would absolutely use them again, they run a tight show and don't seem incentived to rip people off which I am eternally grateful for! Thanks guys! read more

I found myself a new plumber!!! Ramces did an amazing job! The quote was reasonable. He was here at 10 on the dot (10-12 window) went and got the part, fixed it within 10 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again! And recommend to my friends! read more

My kitchen sink has clogged a few times, and I contacted MasterCraft to come resolve it. They promptly sent Erik out, who resolved it quickly for a reasonable price. On top of getting the job done, when booking I mentioned that I'd ask their tech to wear a mask due to some family health concerns, and Erik showed up wearing a high quality N95 which I really appreciated. Will definitely use MasterCraft again. read more

We needed to have the very old and leaking faucets for our washing machine hook up replaced. Ahmad came out out the same day to give us an estimate. Then he said he could do the work right at that time which was unexpected. In a short amount of time he replaced the faucets and the price was competitive with other quotes we got. It also saved us a lot of money to not have to replace the whole box. I would definitely use MasterCraft in the future. read more

After working on my kitchen sink for several days, my slow draining sink turned into a completely clogged sink. My better half and I worked on it for a few days...snaking it, taking the trap off...all that. Sunday morning, I threw in the towel and starting messaging companies on Yelp. Joseph was super responsive via yelp when I messaged him on a Sunday morning. After a few emails, Brett called me and we spoke. Since this wasn't an emergency, I waited until Monday. Very helpful, even texted a few images to see if it was my sink or garbage disposal causing problems....we scheduled a service call. Dillion and Jacob showed up (through the treacherous storms and closed freeways!) bright and early. Loved the texts to let me know their estimated time of arrival...and also them walking in and out of my side door to keep the muddy messy outside. Thank you! Well, it was a clog...somewhere down the line. Long story short....the job was done within 30 minutes, reasonable prices, and easy to pay via credit card. MasterCraft is on the top of my plumbers list now! 5 stars! read more

I was scheduled for a Saturday 2 hour window between 8 and 10 AM. They never showed up. If you can't even be prompt and on time, how can you actually function as a company. At least give somebody a courtesy call or text saying that you're running late, I would be happy to accept and say okay great ill wait a little longer. I understand running late as long as there is a little courtesy. read more

I accidentally drilled a hole into a water pipe in my downstairs bedroom. I reached out to MasterCraft Plumbers and Ahmad A. was out here in less than an hour on a Sunday to diagnose the problem. It turns out that I had actually pierced the fire sprinkler system and Ahmad was very helpful in explaining what steps I needed to take to get this resolved. Ahmad also brought to my attention that since the fire alarm didn't go off that we need to also look into that. Will definitely be using Ahmad and MasterCraft for all future needs! read more
