We had a great experience working with David and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician. David is extremely knowledgeable and even took the time to identify several electrical hazards and a few things that had been done improperly before we purchased our home. He explained everything clearly and helped us understand what needed to be corrected to make the electrical work safe and up to code. He is friendly, personable, and very easy to work with. His pricing is very fair. He is also respectful of our home, works carefully, and cleans up after the job is done. We are very glad we found David. We will definitely be calling him again for any future electrical projects around the house. Highly recommended! read more

David installed an EV charger outlet in my garage. He's very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, then and arrived on time the day of the work. Everything was done professionally and to code. I assumed some drywall would need to be removed, but David was able to fish the electrical cable behind the drywall so little patching was required afterwards. The garage was left clean and I'm super happy with how the whole job turned out. Will call David first the next time I need electrical work done! read more

We had a fantastic experience working with Panelectric. David was able to take care of all the electrical findings from our new home's inspection report and also helped us make several upgrades, including installing recessed lighting in our living room and adding lighting in our garage. He is extremely responsive, flexible, and charges very reasonable prices for the high quality of work he delivers. He even helped us with our own DIY project of installing a chandelier at no cost, which we truly appreciated. We would highly recommend Panelectric to anyone in need of reliable and skilled electrical work! read more

This is my third time seeking the services of PanElectric (David). He successfully made repair and replacement to our intercom system, wired and installed a new floodlight camera, and installed several light fixtures. His estimate for the job is competitive; he arrived timely and worked through the tasks efficiently. I appreciate that he cleaned up his work areas after the job was done. I highly recommend David to anyone seeking an electrician. read more

Highly recommend David for help with your electrical work. David is quick in grasping the requirements of project and we only spent short time discussing price and time for project completion. David gave me a great quote and was able to come that week to do the job. I had several questions about items I needed to purchase to make the installation go smoothly and he promptly responded and was very thorough. My installation was for a new bathroom exhaust fan so ducting and an external vent through the outside stucco wall needed to be installed. David showed up on time and had a second worker help him coordinate installation of the outside vent. The job took him only a few hours and he did a great job. The finished product looks great, I am very satisfied. I highly recommend PanElectric!!! read more

We needed some ceiling fans installed and replaced. We found David as a referral from Home Depot. He gave a very reasonable quote and we made an appointment to run wire for a new fan install, install the fan, replace 2 older fans, and add an outlet to a wall. He showed up on time and was very pleasant. He stuck to his original estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. He made sure to clean up after his work, too. We are very happy with his work and will definitely hire him again. read more

I have used Pan Electric, Inc for half a dozen electrical projects for a newly acquired home over the past 4 months. David has always demonstrated professionalism and performed excellent work. He listens to his customers' needs and requests; and communicates very well when additional work is required to complete a project. During the completion of several projects David identified electrical areas of concern that I was not aware of, and I was very appreciative. The latest job required the master bath fan/light combo unit to be replaced in the ceiling, new wiring, installing an exterior vent through the house exterior stucco, and connecting an attic venting tube between the master bath fan to the exterior vent. David had also discovered an electrical wire in the attic was missing insulation for a kitchen ceiling light, which he made repairs the same day. Some but not all of the electrical projects Pan Electric, Inc has completed include changing out two room ceiling fans with light fixtures, updating and changing out over two dozen outlets and switches, replacing exterior attached light fixtures. At another home David replaced two ceiling fans with light fixtures and replaced a faulty wire switch. I am planning on contracting Pan Electric for two more projects at this second home due to his workmanship, dependability and the value with his pricing which I have found to be very reasonable for the work performed. Thank you, David & Pan Electric, Inc. read more

They were great. Good communication and they figured out how to install a chandelier and fix two different 3-way switches that not been wired properly that 2 other electricians did not figure out. (Wish I had found PanElectric first -- the 2nd electrician from Snyder Electric stepped on a fire sprinkler coupling in the attic and caused a massive flood with 3 months of repairs and heartache and stress galore.) read more

David did two of my Ring floodlights and a Ring Pro doorbell. He was amazing and one can see that he is very dedicated to his trade. I have nothing but compliments to say about this work and work ethic. He was extremely great at communication (which today is hard to find), very accurate with his quotes, punctual with appointments, great demeanor and knowledge about his trade. I called several techs and have other quotes. So glad I found David and I would recommend to anyone looking for his services. My ring cameras and doorbell installation went very smooth and working great. Perfect work and reasonable prices for a great work. I will always remember to call David if I need any similar help with installations around my house. read more
