I am so grateful for Sergio and Co. Yesterday, I had a different company install 2 light fixtures. The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I needed to see what was wrong with a flood light that started acting like there was a short. I contacted Premo, and they responded quickly. I talked to Richard, who was very helpful. He told me the problem might be that light had simply worn out and needed to be replaced. He told me to get a new one, just in case, that I could return if it turned out to be something else, to save me a substantial amount of money. I was very impressed by his honesty and integrity! Wanted to share how great of an experience we had working with Premo to get a project done.
