Really appreciate James helping us out. We had a weird issue with our new Wolf range where it would trip our breaker intermittently - we had multiple electricians come out to look at it. This took over a year and we were without an oven for the past 3 months. James troubleshot with me on the phone and agreed that it wasn't a straightforward fix. He came out to take a look - debugged some with me and gave me a free estimate. It did take some time to schedule, but they came out today and reran a new circuit from our breaker panel and finally found the issue while running the new wiring - the old wiring had a cut in it and was intermittently touching and arcing and could have started a fire. Repeat customer here! We recently moved and asked James to add recessed lighting in our new home. We needed lighting in every room except our kitchen. Once again, James did an excellent job with the installation. He came over the next day after we asked him for a free estimate, and then came back the following day to complete the work. He installed the lighting in 5 rooms, sliding switches, and completed drywall repair in 6 hours. Only had drywall repair in 2 of the rooms. Don't ask me how he does it - I'm baffled that he can do it so quickly and efficiently! James is honest and quick to respond. No funny business with him.
