Andy did a wonderful job installing a new patio heater and fan in our outdoor patio. He needed to run a new 30amp circuit from the breaker panel, through the attic and down into the patio for the heater. It was a tight squeeze in the attic but he managed to run the wire the shortest route, creating the least amount of conduit on the outside of the home. Besides the heater and fan, he installed and programmed the remote on/off switch for the heater, installed a wall-mounted remote switch for the fan and installed a remote switch for our outdoor patio lighting. He managed to do it all in a day and even worked in the dark to paint the new conduit to match the color of the stucco. Everything looks great and works well. We scheduled an appointment for next-day service and he arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window. We had a very difficult problem that he spent several hours working on it, informing us of his discoveries, but unfortunately he was unable to resolve the issue. Andy took care of rewiring my kitchen for a new dishwasher, which required installation of a separate plug outlet underneath the kitchen sink. The dishwasher had a plug instead of needing to be hard-wired directly. He also installed GFCI outlets in my garage, which apparently are required by code. He did the work promptly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. Andy also helped me out of a jam when I woke up last weekend only to find out that half of my house was without power. I texted Andy who arrived shortly afterwards and helped determine that it was the main electrical feed. He advised me to contact Dominion Energy, who had to come repair the line.. I plan on having install a new circuit breaker panel and whole house surge suppressor for my next project.
