The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. I would highly recommend Premo for their fast service, good pricing, and competent technicians. So happy to have used them!!!

Long version: Romo took almost 2 months to complete my project of replacing the subpanel, adding a 20 amp circuit, and repairing any damaged drywall. He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

I asked Leo to come over for a quote to change over our gas stovetop to induction. The electricity needed required a dedicated switch on the electrical panel which meant wire being pulled through our entire house. Leo warned us there were going to be A LOT of cuts in the drywall which would need to be repaired. We went with his quote which was VERY reasonable and he didn't try to sell us unnecessary "extras" like the others. Leo said he would start the job between 9. - 9:30am and it would take approx 5-6 hours. He was true to his word! Showed up at 9:15 and figured out a way to run wire making only TWO cuts in the house! To say I'm pleased is an understatement! Our next project is to go "smart" and you know who we are going to call! He even added a couple power sockets, connection to a vent fan and a light in for me all within 40 minutes. He was super friendly and very professional. There is not jut a replacement fixture available, besides there are several other matching ceiling mounted lamps of the same design.
