The office manager (Alecia) and the electrician (Randy Goodman) were good communicators, went out of their way to work around my schedule and did exactly why they said they would do, for the price they said it would be done. Randy installed a 220v dedicated line for my spa. His quote was in the middle of the three quotes I received, but the attention to detail and the way he said the line would be installed was better than the other two quotes. Randy said he would run the conduit through my garage and hide the line as much as possible and ensure that the junction box was at least 5 feet away from my spa (per code). The other companies that quotes said they would run the line on the outside of my house and didn't seem to care as much about esthetics or safety. This is 5-Star plus!!!!! Goodman Electric turned a two week nightmare with my electric system into a completely fixed project in about an hour. After two weeks of misdiagnosed "possibly this and possibly that" from some of the others; and even receiving quotes of $5000-$10,000 to rewire the whole condo; some one even said it could be rats and would need to completely rewire. (it wasn't). Goodman showed up this afternoon for a second opinion. In less than an hour, he found the non-working wire in a hardwired smoke detector, fixed the problem; and at a charge of $160. Imagine how I felt when, AT LAST, I saw all the lights go back on in the back half of the condo!
