    Tesla Universal Charger

Highly recommend! Called Eric on Saturday afternoon and my EV charger was installed less than 24 hours later. Straightforward, efficient and prompt communication. Very fair and competitive pricing. Can't recommend enough!

I hired Eric to install a Tesla wall charger. It was complicated because my circuit breaker was upstairs and needed to go outside to my garage. Eric and his son were thoroughly detailed in the project from the beginning til the end. Eric explained everything he did and wanted to ensure that drywall repair was to a very minimum. Their work was precise and code compliant. They cleaned up perfectly! I highly recommend Eric and will use his services when electric work is needed.

Worked with Eric to install a new electrical panel. He was very professional and communicated well. Everything was up to code and passed inspection. Recommend!

Parking was easy for us as we parked in the back by the casino with no issues. The main reason we went was for the pool and cabanas on Saturday. Input server Jamie was awesome. Attentive, hustler, and multitasker. She was, for sure, the hero of the day. But the staff ran out of taquitos, ran out of sprite, messed up a couple of orders that Jamie wrote down correctly. Bar line moved decently quick. Pools were clean and comfortable. Overall, good time. Casino was fun for being a California casino. I'd come back but I'd make sure to ask for the same room we had in the north tower. Prices for a room were a bit ridiculous (high) and we couldn't "modify" our reservation. There was no term or condition saying we couldn't change from 2 to 1 night. However, a band is in town and it's comic con weekend. Place was completely full. I'll probably go again at some point but, it wouldn't be my primary choice.

The onsite parking is really convenient and from your parking spot in the deck or the adjacent lot, the casino and concert hall are easy to access. However, that is where the kudos end. The room we saw the concert in looked like a conference room for a convention. I was like are we here to rock out or be moved by a keynote speaker that will get us in touch with our feelings?!? The chairs and carpet look like they're from circa 1977. The light fixtures must have been part of the 1981 remodel and everything just looks and smells old. There would have to be a pretty important show that I wouldn't want to miss for me to come back here. Tbh it was kinda ghetto.

(Ugh) There is a large nonsmoking section which is where we spent a lot of time. Unlike some other casinos, they don't just chuck old machines in the section but have a good mix. And there are several self-serve beverage stations throughout the casino. My friend had never seen that feature and he now loves this casino, lol. Harrah's is only about 10 minutes away.

When I explained all of his training and then tasks they said he was not "acting like a service dog" and they said they watched footage of us waiting for a minute while they were coming and that he was "pulling on his lead" and "not patting attention" I said I take an accusation like this very seriously and that if they are truly claiming that I want all of this is writing and documentation of him "not acting like a service dog" as well as that video evidence of him not acting like a service dog. I then unfortunately had an episode due to the drama of it all to which my dog tasked and my husband stepped up and took over. They then realized they had messed up, changed their mind and said "we will allow it just this time" Absolutely ridiculous. My dog has gone through extensive training, been certified through two trainers, has passed his CGC and public access and the audacity for a security guard to say he wasn't acting like a service dog because he wasn't looking up at me every single second is ridiculous. They are not robots, he can get stepped on if not careful, he checks in every 10-15 seconds and alerts just fine. They would not show us footage of him "not acting like a service dog" which makes me think they were just lying to try and not allow us entry. I'm only writing this review so others don't feel absolutely awful since the valley view security treats people as the service dog police. I understand people abuse and lie about service animals, but it was quite obvious my dog is trained. To be questioned like a that was awful and just sad. Just be for warned you're going to be questioned like a criminal and may or may not be allowed entry with a service animal.

First off, note that this isn't a traditional self-serve buffet. You have to order everything through a server, and you're capped at ordering 4 items at a time. The Highlights: Great Variety: Solid selection across both entrees and the desserts. The Standouts: Lobster tails, crab legs, and beef tenderloin. The crab legs were awesome, sweet and surprisingly not overly salty like most casino buffets. Pro-Tip: Skip the prime rib and go straight for the beef tenderloin. The Lowlights: The service was pretty atrocious. Getting food brought to the table was a battle, we dealt with forgotten items, servers disappearing for long stretches, and an overall persistent feeling of being rushed. Great food can only save a place so much when the actual dining experience is a constant headache. Hard to recommend until they fix the service.

A hotel guest even went out of her way to tell us how much she loved her room stay. Game-wise, they have a good variety from penny slots to high rollers, plus a great mix of classic machines. Like any casino, the slots are hit-or-miss; some pay out a bit, others are tight. Although there's a smoke-free area, the smell lingers so I did see some people wearing masks due to the smell. It took more than a week to get the issue resolved. Unfortunately, my family visited again this past weekend (June 4-7, 2026) and experienced another problem. This time, we were charged at a restaurant and sports bar that we never visited. As of today, no one from the casino has contacted us to apologize or make things right. We've spent hours on the phone with both our bank and the casino, with no meaningful resolution other than having to cancel our credit cards ourselves to prevent the charges from going through. We are extremely disappointed. Our family has been coming to Pala for more than 25 years, and it's upsetting to experience these issues. If these unauthorized charges are happening to other patrons as well, that is very concerning. What a shame to see a place we've enjoyed for so many years leave us feeling this way.
