This project required all day, he worked hard on it and it was more difficult than he anticipated, somewhat due to his approach. I paid him substantially more than he asked due to the difficulty and his time spent. When he left for the evening, the project was not complete, but we agreed he would return to complete the job.....But, he never did. I called him several times and attempted to schedule a follow-up to complete the work, but he could not find a date that worked for him. He stated he had other jobs to do. I am very disappointed that Joe did not compete the job or follow up with an attempt to complete it. I finally got tired of calling him to schedule. The work that was completed is substandard and I am left with the problem of getting the job done another way.

Elliot was out here within a couple of days, did a thorough inspection, explained everything, and gave us a very, very fair quote on a package that included an attic fan, removal of existing insulation, sanitization, sealing of all gaps, air duct rerouting, and duct cleaning. The crew came out the next morning and you couldn't have asked for anyone more considerate and helpful. They even turned the duct vacuum machine back on so I could take a video for my family (it was super-cool--seriously). They did a TON of work and left the place as clean as when they walked in. I got a follow-up call from Elliot about an hour later, and I feel absolutely comfortable that they will take care of any issues if we discover any after the fact. 10/10 would recommend all day long.

Eric and his son from Power On Electric just installed a Tesla Level 2 Charging station (J1772) inside my garage, and I must say their service was outstanding! Right from the start, they were all about getting things done right. They proactively inspected my electrical setup to understand the scope of work, so they knew exactly what they were dealing with. These guys really know their stuff and their focus on the details made the whole installation process super smooth and fast. They did an amazing job, and even walked me through how to use and maintain the charger. I needed new circuits into my garage after getting my new table saw and woodworking equipment. Unfortunately the builder of the home ran all the garage circuits as one circuit and on a 15amp breaker. I also realized I had no room in my panel. After contacting Eric, he assessed my situation and we decided I needed a subpanel and new circuits. He quoted me a real number ad moved forward. He did an excellent job and placed my initial outlets in the middle of the garage for accessibility, both on separate circuits. I am extremely happy with the quality of his work and his service. He did have to leave on an emergency call after initially installing the sub-panel but we worked out a time that worked for us for him to come back and finish. We had a (hugely) annoying chirping smoke detector problem that led me to Eric and his son. They were able, on the day I called, to come over, replace the unit and also find a carbon monoxide detector that was chirping. My breakers keep on tripping so my friend recommended him, after saw his good reviews, I decided to…read morehire him. Eddie(actually name Eduardo Perez) charged me $275 but did NOT fix any of my electrical issues. ZERO, NADA, ZILCH!! He did the bare minimum to cancel a wire and reconnected them, took him 30 minutes MAX. Less than 1 hour after he left, the same symptoms came back, I called him and told him he didn't fix the problems, he said he will come back but he will charge me another $200 for the "service call", and that's NO guarantee he's gonna solve the problem either!! I can't afford to keep on throwing, who knows how many more, $200 to the toilet drain. So I had to hire another electrician to solve the problems. The new electrician told me, Eddie didn't even notice, not to mention solve, the basic and 1st foremost important problem, which is, the voltage on the bus-bar it's not steady!!! After the new electrician fixed my issues, I messaged Eddie for some refund, I told him since he didn't solve the issue, but I was still willing to pay for his time and gas and the breakers. He got into a big'O fight with me , not only he declined any refund, but also he threatened me that he's going to go to my house and take off the breakers and reverse the good job that my other electrician has done!!! He also threathened me he'll make my life miserable! This is unbelievable, coming from a so called "licensed" professional! This guy has no ethics! not to mention the basic electric knowledge. After going through the so-called good reviews here in details, I realized, those are only baby/ newbie jobs, like install a light or a fan , which is a no-brainer. I can do a better job than him! So if you plan on hiring him diagnose and troubleshooting and solve any issues, don't dream on him, RUN!!!!
