Great place in Escondido. Needed some new engraving on a multi-year trophy. Did a great job matching the font and size. Reasonable rates, friendly service. Drove all the way from north Oceanside but it was worth it! Would use again. read more

Have used Glaser several times . timely, and lovely work. Purchased plaques for our organization. Nice guys too!

I was not impressed with the work and quality. The name plate was not secured and the polish wiped off about an hour later. I had to rearrange it myself. Hard to find, and not very welcoming atmosphere. read more

They took a last minute custom order for some knife blade designs right before the holidays and absolutely knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be a return customer the next chance I get, maybe to design a helicopter themed fantasy football trophy? read more

Very good experience good at customer service & easy to work with my custom order came out amazing and on time thank you

I recently brought an urn to Glaser & Bailey that had a plate to be engraved with the name and dates of the deceased. I was quoted a very reasonable price for 3 lines in the font of my choice. We thought he would have to engrave with the plate still on the urn, but he said the plate fell off a couple days later. Thought that might be better, but then the metal on the original plate was flaking off as it was engraved. (Not their fault.) He replaced the plate with one of his own at no extra charge, cleaned up the spot where the old adhesive was, and placed the new plate on the urn with better adhesive. That is definitely customer service above and beyond. My only concern was that he asked me to leave the urn for a week, which I did, and even after giving him an extra day I had to wait about 30 minutes for him to do the engraving when I arrived. Truly tho, replacing the plate at no extra charge was great customer service and I would use their services again. Just plan ahead for a short wait when you pick up your project if it's a busy time of year. read more

They did an excellent job adding a name to my glass award. It really elevated the look to it. I'm very happy with the end result.

Wowzers... what an awesome company!!! I am extremely impressed with their work and how quickly they were to get my item finished. From start to finish the process was so easy and I was kept in the loop the whole time. I checked out a few other engravers and by far this business takes the cake. A few places wouldn't touch my Stanley cup for engraving and one quoted me $95 to start. They are very reasonably priced. What tops it all is the employees are so helpful. Highly highly recommend coming here for all your engraving needs. read more

I don't need to have an award created frequently, so I didn't know where to go. To my surprise I found a gem less than 2 miles away. My father in-law passed away and left a large amount of Navy memorabilia. Being a retired Naval Aviator myself. I wanted to give him a proper memorial. Mathew was a GREAT help in satisfying my desire. I Strongly recommend Glaser & Bailey . Customer service was the best. read more

I can't praise Glaser Bailey enough for their excellence! The entire staff are consummate professionals! A special shout-out to Matt for his outstanding customer service today! I will never go anywhere else for awards and neither should you :) read more

Needed a gift for my son who was going on his first deployment. Had a plaque made for a very nice wooden cribbage set, but after I ordered it I realized I should have the set engraved instead. They did an outstanding job. It looks beautiful and my son was thrilled with it. Thank you!! read more

Awesome work. Quick fast and answered my emails in a good timeframe. Would recommend

They make all sorts of trophies and plaques here. Skip is a great guy. Friendly and produces good work. My wife is the yearbook coordinator for our children's school. The publisher gets their name plates done here. A really good find if you need plaques, trophies or other engraving done. Prices seem to be reasonable, but I don't shop for trophies often. Keep on Yelp'n! read more

I have a Fantasy Football trophy that we've been passing around for 10 years now. Unfortunately, it took a terrible tumble and was pretty destroyed. I contacted Glaser Bailey awards via Yelps "request a quote" they responded promptly and gave me a very reasonable repair estimate. Escondido is far away from me, as I live in Spring Valley, so I took the 30 minute drive up to drop off my damaged trophy. Was greeted professionally and told its an easy fix and they will reuse as much of the original trophy as they can. Came to pick it up a few days later and Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with the work they did! Our original trophy had a cheap plastic base, and they replaced it with a wood one. It's better than it was before! I will definitely keep Glaser Bailey in mind for any plaques, awards because they definitely do quality work. read more

Local Company Review: Glaser Bailey Awards Inc. 2015 S Escondido Blvd, Escondido, CA 92025 760-743-5551 Customer Engraving | Gifts | Trophies | Placards I just wanted to take a moment to review Glaser Bailey for you all. Personally, I work with them on a daily/weekly status for work. I have been with my company for 8 months now and have gotten to know these guys so well. We use them for the solar company I work for. They make all our customers placards. However every time I am in their shop, I am in AWE of how talented this group of people are! They are a small business but MAN! Lets talk customized gifts! If you get a chance check them out on social media or stop by their shop. You wont find a nicer crew, truly wanting to assist you with whatever your vision is and work with you! Recently I requested an out of the box idea for something to allow us to "brand" our tools here at work and within 30 minutes we had figured out the perfect plan and they were on board. I just wanted to highlight this small business and maybe an idea for someone in your life for a gift. Check them out! Thanks for your time reading this! read more

Greedy business. Their engraver made a mistake on my order and unless I have picture proof, they expect me to pay for their mistake. Greedy business. Save your money for a business that cares for the customer. read more

We have been doing business with Glaser Bailey for over 20 years and enjoyed the personal service. They recently sold the business and service is terrible. I recently went in, several customers were at the counter complaining about late delivery. I had dropped off engraving job, they misspelled a name, the plaques were scratched and it was not ready when they told me to pick it up. The young man at the counter tried to help but simply did not know what he was talking about. Unfortunately it is time to search for new trophy engraving company. read more

I came in with a project and they made it come to reality and in the time cost quoted!!!

Best Engraver EVER!!! We brought Matthew all the pieces of this plaque and asked if they could engrave all the casings with different names, engrave a plaque and mount the replica handgun for my dad's 80th birthday party, oh yeah, and do it in 24 hours. We thought it was not possible. WOW! They did it in 24 hours AND it turned out BEAUTIFUL! Thank you Glaser-Bailey, it made my dad cry with happiness. read more

Matt was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. I initially went to a competitor closer to my home but they did not accept phone calls and even in person they were not willing to look for what I needed. They were excellent and engraved a gift for me with only a day's notice. It turned out perfectly!

I was recently looking for engraving for a solar cell placard required by the county. It was a bit unclear to me what I needed and I was pleasantly surprised to find that Glaser & Bailey had experience in this area already and knew the requirements. They put the placard together from my drawing within 48 hours at a very reasonable price. Very happy to know that this business is in our community! read more

They are ok. You can probably do nearly as good ordering off of the internet- they just order most of their souvenirs the same way you wood, and then do some regular engraving on site. Prices and speed aren't bad. Convenient if you live in Escondido. read more

This is the best place in town for trophies, awards, engravings, nametags, etc. The interior feels like an older business, but they have the technology to produce fancier products, if desired. We've been using G&B for years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Service here was great. Very friendly and professional. I needed a quick turnaround option for an event that I procrastinated on picking up awards for. Skip was awesome. He engraved a Tungsten ring for me in 24 hours. It looks amazing. They are a big time awards company but give you that hometown service that you don't see these days.
