I recently brought an urn to Glaser & Bailey that had a plate to be engraved with the name and dates of the deceased. I was quoted a very reasonable price for 3 lines in the font of my choice. We thought he would have to engrave with the plate still on the urn, but he said the plate fell off a couple days later. Thought that might be better, but then the metal on the original plate was flaking off as it was engraved. (Not their fault.) He replaced the plate with one of his own at no extra charge, cleaned up the spot where the old adhesive was, and placed the new plate on the urn with better adhesive. That is definitely customer service above and beyond. My only concern was that he asked me to leave the urn for a week, which I did, and even after giving him an extra day I had to wait about 30 minutes for him to do the engraving when I arrived. Truly tho, replacing the plate at no extra charge was great customer service and I would use their services again. Just plan ahead for a short wait when you pick up your project if it's a busy time of year. read more

I have a Fantasy Football trophy that we've been passing around for 10 years now. Unfortunately, it took a terrible tumble and was pretty destroyed. I contacted Glaser Bailey awards via Yelps "request a quote" they responded promptly and gave me a very reasonable repair estimate. Escondido is far away from me, as I live in Spring Valley, so I took the 30 minute drive up to drop off my damaged trophy. Was greeted professionally and told its an easy fix and they will reuse as much of the original trophy as they can. Came to pick it up a few days later and Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with the work they did! Our original trophy had a cheap plastic base, and they replaced it with a wood one. It's better than it was before! I will definitely keep Glaser Bailey in mind for any plaques, awards because they definitely do quality work. read more

The publisher gets their name plates done here. A really good find if you need plaques, trophies or other engraving done. Prices seem to be reasonable, but I don't shop for trophies often. We have been doing business with Glaser Bailey for over 20 years and enjoyed the personal service. They recently sold the business and service is terrible. I recently went in, several customers were at the counter complaining about late delivery. I had dropped off engraving job, they misspelled a name, the plaques were scratched and it was not ready when they told me to pick it up. They are ok. You can probably do nearly as good ordering off of the internet- they just order most of their souvenirs the same way you wood, and then do some regular engraving on site. Prices and speed aren't bad. Convenient if you live in Escondido. read more
