Ergonomic big and tall office chairs…read more If you are a big and tall guy like me who spends lots of time at a desk, these guys are the best, if you know exactly what kind of chair you want. They usually just sell to businesses, but if you know what you want in an ergonomic chair, you can get an affordably price chair from a California retailer. I worked with Dawn and was able get exactly what I wanted. I don't usually work with internet sales reps, but she actually helped me get a better deal. Bear in mind that once you place your order, you can't return it, but if you do your research and work with Dawn, you will most likely be satisfied by the results." I have no connection with them except for being a very satisfied customer who found a CA store offering something I had been looking for for years, but could not find. I live in Berkeley, but got what I ordered in a timely manner from this San Diego store.

They came up with a custom solution, Dan came out the same day and installed it to my IKEA sit and stand desk. The way I had my keyboard before on top of the desk was causing me severe shoulder pain and even cramping my forms from using the mouse and keyboard on top of the desk. The next day after using the slide out keyboard and mouse tray the pain was gone. Takes a little bit to get used to but I love it and thanks to Pacific ergonomics I am pain-free. Highly recommended!

The first impression I had when walking into the shop was, man, what a mess. There's just random…read morestuff all over the place, and what are obviously customer pieces sitting on the floor. Interesting. But, the other reviews said what an awesome job they did, so I figured that I'd let that influence me more than the mess in front of me. The lady working there was in the back chatting with someone, and I waited a few minutes before I poked my head back there to let them know I was in the lobby area. She politely said hello and said she would be with me in a minute. Well, after 20 minutes or so of listening to the lady and the guy in there bullshit about random things, they both made their way up to the front, and the gentleman left. They both thanked me for being so patient. Now, I totally understand that if there's one person working there, and two customers, one of the customers is going to have to wait. I was fine with that, but I think if you know that you have someone else waiting in the lobby, at least shoot the shit somewhere where they can't hear you. It was mildly irritating. When I was finally helped, I asked for a fairly common type of frame (1/4 - 3/8" brushed aluminum), which they didn't have. She said something about the recession making things difficult to get, and the manufacturers were not making a lot of different frames anymore. Whatever. So I took my stuff literally less than 2 miles away, where I was helped almost immediately, and they had exactly what I was looking for. I asked if they had any issues obtaining framing material because of the recession, and they looked at me like I had a third eye. I figured as much.

That's not a price match but they seemed to think it was. Then I was asked to wait for a backstock to arrive, ok when? 2-3 months from now. That's not acceptable. I picked this company because they touted their quick shipping and pictures of a massive warehouse. I was told to call the next time to see if it's in stock, hmmm I've never called a company to see if they had an item in stock they had listed on their website for sale. I'm really sad that I missed a sale on Mybinding to give this company a chance. I needed the items for disadvantaged kids back to school projects. We are on a tight budget so we have to wait for the refund, then purchase from Mybinding making it impossible to have these ready for back to school.

I've got some really cool players signatures on it, but have avoided the back because I wanted to get two large Pink Ribbons on the back of the jersey. The measurement was 4" of the embroidery work and I was told that I needed to pay a setup fee, which I was willing to pay. It took me a few weeks to get my jersey back to the store, but when I did, I was told that someone had already paid the setup fee and that I didn't need to pay that after all. What they didn't tell me was that it would not be the size I wanted. In fact, it wasn't even half the size!!! Then I was told that it would take a week to 10 days to complete it. It took well over a month. Then I was asked about placement of the ribbons. I told them in the center. They were not centered and toward the top. I was also told that I would be texted when the jersey was done. But all communications were done via email only which further delayed the work because I get over 200 emails a day and literally had to search for the communications. They said that they could redo the work, but that I would have to pay the setup fee. And likely wait another 6 weeks for my jersey? No thanks. Now I need to find another embroidery company to see if they can fix this. This has been a horrible experience for me.
