This place gives you so much inspiration, and you can even slip into a full bathtub to try it 'on'. Haha I've been there twice now and worked with Tara both times on selecting bathroom fixtures/colors/textures etc. She is so knowledgeable and has saved us so much time trying to figure out the website and how to build our project as well as how to order everything. She's super honest as well and doesn't try to upsell. She also has great suggestions and has made our lives dramatically easier. Ferguson has so much to choose from, including hundreds, maybe thousands of items not on the floor, but in different colors, sizes and formats. Even their signature line is amazing - and so well priced. Plus most everything is under warranty and if an item gets damaged upon receipt or in transit, they'll stand behind it. I love that. We're still in the process of choosing everything, but I wanted to write this review now since we're heavily working with Tara and appreciate her input so much. I'll update this when our projects are done.

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly well organized. During the bidding process I interviewed 12 contractors. Eddy was by far the most professional, creative and adaptable to all the changes we made. He has a designer eye with a great vision and stayed within our budget. Hands down, he was the best fit for our project. He even shopped with us to make sure everything would be perfect. His team, Fino and Jesus are very hardworking professionals who are respectful and trustworthy. Their attention to detail was outstanding! Originally, Eddy told us we would not have a kitchen for 4 weeks but give him 6 weeks for sure. He finished in less than 5 weeks and it is amazing! We made changes along the way and Eddy was so accommodating and handled everything so quickly. If you're looking for a contractor who is reliable, talented, honest, and genuinely takes pride in their work, this is the team to hire. We would absolutely use them again! Thank you Eddy, Fino and Jesus!

I recently had Pure Cabinets install new kitchen cabinets and a beautiful countertop, and the…read moreentire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Heidi, the owner, has clearly built an exceptional team that is easy to work with and consistently delivers high-quality results. She is very hands-on and was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the project.  I especially want to highlight Jai, Joseph, and EV Granites. They all far exceeded my expectations. Jai, the project coordinator, was fantastic. She answered every question promptly, quickly arranged for a replacement part that was damaged during shipping, and stayed on top of every surprise that came up during demolition. She always provided clear options and kept the project moving smoothly. Joseph installed the cabinets at an impressive pace while maintaining exceptional quality. His attention to detail was outstanding. He even reinstalled a few cabinets (which meant redoing the work) to ensure everything was perfectly level. The final result speaks for itself. EV Granites did an amazing job with the countertop. They measured everything with precision, created perfect templates, and made excellent use of every inch of the granite slabs. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and worked efficiently to get the project completed quickly. The entire project was wrapped up in just a couple of weeks, which completely surprised me. I had been worried because similar projects often take months. When Heidi and Jai first shared the timeline, I was skeptical (as contractors often overpromise), but Pure Cabinets did the opposite. They beat their already aggressive timeline. It was a refreshing experience.  I wish I could find a general contractor with the same level of professionalism, reliability, and customer focus. This is an amazing company filled with nice people who truly put the customer at the center of everything they do. I couldn't be happier with the final result. The kitchen looks fantastic, and I'm already looking forward to working with Pure Cabinets again on projects at my other properties. Highly recommend this top-rated team!
