We had…read morepreviously installed a dozen ceiling fans, including five in our most recent home of 11 years, but somehow never got around to replacing the klutzy, heavy old one in our family room, which has a very high ceiling and slanted beams. So one day when we had nothing else to do, we plotted a tour of several fan shops, just to see what was available, but one stop at FanDiego in San Marcos/Escondido and our shopping was complete. Jess was a pleasure to talk to, had exactly the fan we wanted, as well as a family connection to Specialty Electric for the installation, which was a fabulous choice for the work. Easy peasy purchase and easier peasier installation. The new fan looks better, more contemporary, with a bright light if we need it, whisper quiet and a great pusher of air. Happy, happy, joy, joy.

If I could give Electrical Insight 10 stars, I absolutely would!…read more I received several quotes for installing my Tesla Universal Wall Connector, and a few other companies made the project sound much more complicated than it needed to be. I was being told I would need additional panel or breaker upgrades, which would have added quite a bit to the cost. Austin was completely upfront from the beginning. He reviewed what was actually needed, provided a clear and fair bid, and was able to complete the installation without the unnecessary upgrades and added costs that others were recommending. That transparency was a huge reason I decided to go with Electrical Insight, and I'm so glad I did. From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy. Scheduling was a breeze, and Jaxon and the installation team were awesome -- fast, professional, clean, and efficient. They did a great job with the installation and left everything looking clean when they were finished. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience. I really appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and quality of work from the entire team. I would 100% recommend Electrical Insight for EV charger installations or any electrical work!

We had a hiccup with the HOA but the salespeople were awesome during the sales process. Finally, we cleared the HOA issues and got an install date. To fast forward a bit, the lights look absolutely incredible on the house. Clean install and really blends right into the house. Can't really tell they are there unless you are REALLY looking. The app is easy and intuitive to use, though could use some updates around how the lights are scheduled on the calendar, but it's a minor gripe. Because I want to write a fair review, I have to especially give a massive shoutout to Jose and the installation and support crews. They worked hard, knew what they were doing, and took genuine pride in their work. They care about their customers, and it shows. Matthew was pleasant in sales, but after the install, he never returned a call or email to answer a question I had, which was disappointing. We did have an issue where one of our zones went offline. I went through the support process through the main website and got over two weeks of dead silence. I recall Jose from the install team gave me his number to call if there were any issues, so I gave him a call, and we had someone out a week later to get the issue addressed. But boy, corporate, if you are reading this, you NEED to get it together. All in all, I would recommend Everlights. They do look amazing.
