I called the day before to let them know I was coming, and they were prepared for my arrival. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Lucas, a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate who made my day! He quickly assessed the faulty sharpener, and although I realized there was a bit of my fault involved, which I did have to come out of pocket no more than what I would pay for a good meal, he handled the situation professionally and graciously. About a year and a half ago we bought a condo on the first floor. We knew that there would be some…read morenoise but it was really bad. You could hear everything and it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. We talked to neighbors and and found out that the people above us had remodeled their condo and had put tile flooring directly on the wood sub-floor and did not put any sound barrier matting in between the tile and the wood sub-floor. Since we have an 8 foot ceiling we went with the low-profile isolation clips (RSIC-1 LP). We followed Alex's advice on installation and my drywaller had installed something similar prior. It was a big project but the results are amazing. By using Sound Away's clips, Green Glue, and Acoustical Chalking we have almost eliminated all noise from upstairs. Very Very Happy.

When our contractor took the measurements of our original doors, that we had to replace, it wasn't a standard size and we were all scratching our heads at the original install. Their prices were very competitive compared to other local stores and they offer discounts for large bulk orders. For in stock items, delivery was within 24-72 hours and custom orders took a couple of weeks. I mostly interacted with Carla and Ashlee who were both great. They were responsive on the days they worked and helped to make sure my orders arrived on time. Sometimes the male employees picked up the phone, but they seemed less enthusiastic to help out. Overall, I'd recommend them for your next landscape project.
