Home Depot is a frequent stop for husband, who always needs something for his projects. I think he shops here at least once a week! We have purchased larger ticket items here as well, like appliances. Their online shopping is very easy too. You can get store pick up or home delivery for free. Also, there is a history of your purchases, which comes in handy when looking to buy again. What's fun here is their displays. Every season has something new. The latest decor is Halloween. Wow! So many fun animated items. Kind of pricey, but for those who get into the Halloween spirit, I'm sure it's worth it. The staff here are usually very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes not. Overall, they do their best to be helpful. read more

Monday, 4-13-2026: We came here to browse a few things but primarily to price blinds for the 6 windows in our garage. After browsing a few options we selected the type of blinds we wanted. This is where we met Erin! She was simply exceptional in helping us from start to finish. She's very friendly and highly knowledgeable. We were able to garner some great discounts since these blinds were on sale and we get a military discount. I believe these also had a rebate. We were approved for an 18 month financing with no interest rate. It was a win-in situation for us and can't wait to pick up our blinds. For top notch service make sure you look for Erin where the windows section is located. We were very happy with her superb customer service. read more

I need to explain my three stars, everybody at home Depot, all the employees from the garden folks up to the cashiers. We're extremely helpful. My biggest problem is there are no directions or aisles to show a person how to check out. So we have four self-serve registers and two cashier registers with no designated entry or exit. With the entry, there are possibly three separate ways of entering to check out and guess what everybody was doing entering in those three separate ways. Talk about a snafu come on home Depot. Get your directions together please! read more

Service recovery by Ashley was stellar. Although the order didnt go well she made my experience stellar by going so many extra miles it was nearly insane. I hope I have people working for me that take this approach- a managers dream. Clone her, bonus her or raise her up... you have a gem!!! read more

I purchased a washer on Sunday evening around 7:00pm that was scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday. At about 10:00pm that evening, I got a text update that delivery had been moved to Wednesday. I decided to cancel the order, which for some reason I could not pull up on my account, so I went in person at 7:30am on Monday to do so. It's now Wednesday and the return is still "pending" and I was told by the "Major Appliance Call Center" that it can take up to next week! I asked to speak to a supervisor but they couldn't transfer me. I then called the store and was told they can't do anything. Basically, as a customer, we are affected by their internal logistics process! I will not even think of buying a major appliance from them again. read more

I have been here MANY times and I'm surprised I didn't write this YELP REVIEW sooner. It's right in the heart of the Redhawk and Paloma DEL SOL community... I've been shopping in this location for the last 18 years, never had any problems. Service is great, staff are friendly and helpful, I love the selection of plants, trees, and other outdoor needs. Saves me money every time I shop because of their military discount. A lot to choose from when it comes to home or indoor projects, and the place is clean and well organized. read more

Im not sure why this home depot has such low ratings, but this compels to write my review. I've been coming to this location for 9 years. They have almost everything I need for any home renovations or repair I had to do to my homes. I bought all my flooring here, my pavers, cement mix and most of all wood! They help me load it into my car and they make sure I'm taken cared of. I have bought tons and tons of plants here. They have some great deals sometimes and they used to offer lifetime warranty for plants but for a while now the warranty is a year, bc we'll you know, I have a green thumb. The people from garden to the people mixing my paint to the people at returns. All are so kind and very helpful. I have never had any problems in this location. All the projects my husband have done from kitchen backsplash that we got on a great deal to cementing our back yard to building animal homes to laying all the flooring in our home with great prices on it to crown molding to building a rocking chair to building a gazebo was all made possible by this wonderful establishment. So why all the negative reviews? What a great store! read more

there's a trans looking guy always come around here and big smile at people like "please look at my puffy long hair and tiny clothes" while me and family were shopping here, I'm not trying to be rude but I don't appreciate the flashing while shopping with family members at home depot, I believe most stores required manners in dress code and perhaps the employees should ask him if he needs assistance on looking for the items he needs instead of having him kinda bother the customer, just my opinions. read more

Don't get any keys made here. There's one guy who works on the hardware area (poor guy seemed overloaded). He told me it would 20-30 minutes before he could make a kfor me. I made the mistake and went to the key machine. Had two keys made and neither one matched the key that I inserted into the machine. I went to Home Depot customer service and they notified me that they were unable to refund me and I would have to get a refund through the company that owns the machine. Either way, good luck getting a key made at this store. You're likely to be disappointed when you leave. I surely was. read more

A big shoutout to Joe, in the plumbing area this afternoon. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and hit the nail on the head!!! Had to throw that in... His service was spot on as I really didn't know what or even how to explain the need. He was GREAT. THANKS AGAIN JOE.. read more

A couple of days ago we went to Home Depot to buy blinds for our window. We knew exactly what we wanted and asked an associate to cut the blind for us. He did, but when we got home the blind was uneven and damaged, completely unusable. The next day we went back to return it. At the return desk, after explaining what happened, the associate had the nerve to tell me that once a blind is cut it cannot be returned--as if we had done something wrong, when it was Home Depot's own employee who cut it incorrectly and damaged it. She then said they "usually don't refund cut blinds" but that they would do it "this one time for me." That attitude was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should not be blamed for a mistake made by Home Depot staff. Shame on you! read more

Today I had a terrible experience with a returns cashier named Adileya. She was rude, had an attitude, and completely ignored the issue I was trying to explain. She doesn't seem suited for that department, as she lacks empathy and isn't focused on customer service. It would be better if she were assigned to a role that doesn't involve interacting with customers. read more

Had an issue with a delivery driver and complained and tried multiple times to speak to the assistant manager to resolve it but literally every single department I tried calling did not answer. I literally let it ring for 15 minutes. TERRIBLE customer service read more

Awful, didnt have 2 items we were looking for, and we were going to buy a freezer, to find that they charge a delivery fee. I can get the same freezer off Amazon, with free delivery. Another thing, went to checkout and 2 registers didnt work which took up my time, then to go to a third register, for my card to work. Get your computers to work so people, can check out in a timely manner. You waste the customer's time. The price for the freezer and delivery is a joke. The value is not worth it. Go somewhere else. read more

Greeted from the time we entered, assistance abundant and checking out was quick and easy.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Had a very unpleasant experience at this Home Depot location. I found a tool set online that was heavily discounted but was unable to order it online. The store claimed to have 4 in stock. I went down to this specific store since I was in the area and let's say I won't make that mistake again, the manager Brad was very rude and said "they don't do that shady shit" in those exact words. Not only was his language towards me unpleasant, but it was very unprofessional as a manager. The online price should have been honored with no hassle being it's the same as the store. Glad I got the tool set for the online price but was very disappointed and frustrated with the experience. Shoutout to Bryan from customer service, he was great and apologized for the whole situation that he also witnessed. read more

I've noticed the customer service has improved a lot. In the past, it was always a challenge to find an available employee for assistance. I've noticed that even when I'm not seeking assistance, if an employee is in the area, they'll stop to ask if I need help with anything. The store is always clean and I've never had issues in finding the item I was looking for, since the store is also well stocked. read more

Horrible run store. Nobody in the entire store running a checkout line. 40 people in line for self checkout. No wonder why people steal. The customer service only thing they know how to do is say isle 14 and they're wrong. read more

Back on July 27th 2025. I met a wonderful employee in the garden area, by the name of Galina. She was very helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. So I was without a car today and needed a sprinkler item delivered to my house. I live 1 mile up the road. It said free delivery, which is great. But it never even left the store. This company is so sad and pathetic. Back in the day it was a place you wanted to go to and a place you wanted to work. Now it's just another junk box store hogging up space and giving terrible customer service. I'm hoping they go out of business. This is why Amazon is closing everybody's doors because they actually care about customers. You can track your order and they deliver it on time. Get it together Home Depot this is not 1985 anymore. I have not been in a Home Depot in decades, and this is why. I was hoping after all this time they would've actually improved their service but instead, they've gotten worse. read more

Associate Nick helped me find the items I'm looking for. He was quick and efficient at the cashier desk displaying excellent hand speed and coordination. Been shopping at HD for long time and seen lots of their help come and go. This is long overdue as the people Devon (c-service), Danny (pro) and Vickie (cashier) have been there for some time. These three individuals in particular have been so reliable, knowledgeable and committed to helping every time I enter the store on Temecula pkwy. Some employees take control and some employees collect a paycheck. Not everyone is gonna work at HD the rest of their lives and that is OK. Devon, Danny and Vick might not be there 4ever either. What I do know is if I got a question, they answer it with no bull. If I have a problem, they fix it or help me to fix it. If I am having a day, they have a kind word and/or a smile. As I said before, I don't know if they will be at HD forever but, I want them to know how much they have been, are, and will be appreciated going forward. A couple others I would mention that I have found to be exceptional help are Matt in paint, Jose and Joe plumbing, Emily C-serv, William hardware, Tammy in plumbing. Lisa pro. Mark lumber. I would like to thank them all for being there. You guys are AWESOME! Jack Geier Badger Home Repair. read more

Cynthia, who helps with the monthly kids projects, is a Saint, and should be canonized ASAP. She is so wonderful helping all of the families and kids get what they need to make their projects look wonderful. She greets everyone with a friendly smile, and makes her way through the sea of kids, and runs ragged making the children's experience memorable. Home Depot, at this location, has the worst customer experience ever. They are the most miserable people working there and give zero fucks to its customers. Forget about asking for assistance, if you can find someone, and when you do prepare to be confronted with a condescending attitude or told I'll be right back to which they never do. They should fire the lot of theses unhappy employees and start fresh. read more

Woman named Jamie with neck tattoos is extremely rude. She told me "I don't have to help you" when o corrected her and told her she wasn't doing the transaction correct for cash back. The Home Depot on Temecula Parkway carries a variety of merchandise from anything you can imagine for your home both in and out. The customer services on the floor level and at the cashier section are fairly well and for the most part, they are knowledgeable and have answers to most questions (4.0). The home products are arranged nicely on the shelves with label descriptions (4.0). I have had projects done such as the wooden floors and ceiling mouldings replaced in the past and the project associates at this place have all been very helpful (5.0). The only pain points are those who are in the customer service phone line. They do not tend to be efficient especially after providing them with many reminders after a series of calls (0). Overall, the services at this Home Depot are excellent and will continue to shop here and consult with their project team in the future. read more

Just received a letter that is going out to all Home Depot credit card holders. Home Depot is raising its Annual Percentage Rate to 29.99% going into effect on March 19, 2024. You can opt out and close your card but take a hit on your credit for closing an account or keep it, but if you use it they are hitting us hard in interest. I find this outrageous, especially after using this card, never late, or missed a payment, and they thank me by attempting to "take" more money away. The letter today is a slap in our face and shows us that our economy is getting worse by the day regardless of what some try to tell us. It's time to stand up against these types of actions and stop using their accounts that are designed to line their pockets with no regard. If you have a card you will get this letter soon. Make your voice heard and don't tolerate the gouge. read more

This store is the best! Adrian has been very helpful . The nicest guy around. Great customer service and super sense of humor.

First time we've been to this location, but we happened to be in the area. Employees on the floor inside were not friendly nor helpful. Only reason for 3 stars is because Maria at the register in garden area was really nice. We like that you can still just give your phone number for military discount unlike the Murrieta location that makes you jump through hoops to get a few dollars off. read more

I go to every Home Depot in SD county, and riverside county, this one is pretty good, not the best but definitely not the worst, costumer service is good, product availability pretty good, the only thing I can't stand and it's happening in every depot is the solar guys chasing you around trying to sell solar, this one is worse than others with that, plus the water purity guys constantly asking to test your water, super annoying! read more
