Been shopping at HD for long time and seen lots of their help come and go. This is long overdue as the people Devon (c-service), Danny (pro) and Vickie (cashier) have been there for some time. These three individuals in particular have been so reliable, knowledgeable and committed to helping every time I enter the store on Temecula pkwy. Some employees take control and some employees collect a paycheck. Not everyone is gonna work at HD the rest of their lives and that is OK. Devon, Danny and Vick might not be there 4ever either. What I do know is if I got a question, they answer it with no bull. If I have a problem, they fix it or help me to fix it. If I am having a day, they have a kind word and/or a smile. As I said before, I don't know if they will be at HD forever but, I want them to know how much they have been, are, and will be appreciated going forward. A couple of days ago we went to Home Depot to buy blinds for our window. We knew exactly what we wanted and asked an associate to cut the blind for us. He did, but when we got home the blind was uneven and damaged, completely unusable. The next day we went back to return it. At the return desk, after explaining what happened, the associate had the nerve to tell me that once a blind is cut it cannot be returned--as if we had done something wrong, when it was Home Depot's own employee who cut it incorrectly and damaged it. She then said they "usually don't refund cut blinds" but that they would do it "this one time for me." That attitude was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should not be blamed for a mistake made by Home Depot staff. Shame on you! read more

Monday, 4-13-2026: We came here to browse a few things but primarily to price blinds for the 6 windows in our garage. After browsing a few options we selected the type of blinds we wanted. This is where we met Erin! She was simply exceptional in helping us from start to finish. She's very friendly and highly knowledgeable. We were able to garner some great discounts since these blinds were on sale and we get a military discount. I believe these also had a rebate. We were approved for an 18 month financing with no interest rate. It was a win-in situation for us and can't wait to pick up our blinds. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Had a very unpleasant experience at this Home Depot location. I found a tool set online that was heavily discounted but was unable to order it online. The store claimed to have 4 in stock. I went down to this specific store since I was in the area and let's say I won't make that mistake again, the manager Brad was very rude and said "they don't do that shady shit" in those exact words. Not only was his language towards me unpleasant, but it was very unprofessional as a manager. The online price should have been honored with no hassle being it's the same as the store. Glad I got the tool set for the online price but was very disappointed and frustrated with the experience. Im not sure why this home depot has such low ratings, but this compels to write my review. I've been coming to this location for 9 years. They have almost everything I need for any home renovations or repair I had to do to my homes. I bought all my flooring here, my pavers, cement mix and most of all wood! They help me load it into my car and they make sure I'm taken cared of. I have bought tons and tons of plants here. They have some great deals sometimes and they used to offer lifetime warranty for plants but for a while now the warranty is a year, bc we'll you know, I have a green thumb. The people from garden to the people mixing my paint to the people at returns. All are so kind and very helpful. I have never had any problems in this location. All the projects my husband have done from kitchen backsplash that we got on a great deal to cementing our back yard to building animal homes to laying all the flooring in our home with great prices on it to crown molding to building a rocking chair to building a gazebo was all made possible by this wonderful establishment. Awful, didnt have 2 items we were looking for, and we were going to buy a freezer, to find that they charge a delivery fee. I can get the same freezer off Amazon, with free delivery. Another thing, went to checkout and 2 registers didnt work which took up my time, then to go to a third register, for my card to work. Get your computers to work so people, can check out in a timely manner. You waste the customer's time. The price for the freezer and delivery is a joke. The value is not worth it. I've noticed the customer service has improved a lot. In the past, it was always a challenge to find an available employee for assistance. I've noticed that even when I'm not seeking assistance, if an employee is in the area, they'll stop to ask if I need help with anything. The store is always clean and I've never had issues in finding the item I was looking for, since the store is also well stocked. read more

So I was without a car today and needed a sprinkler item delivered to my house. I live 1 mile up the road. It said free delivery, which is great. But it never even left the store. This company is so sad and pathetic. Back in the day it was a place you wanted to go to and a place you wanted to work. Now it's just another junk box store hogging up space and giving terrible customer service. I'm hoping they go out of business. This is why Amazon is closing everybody's doors because they actually care about customers. You can track your order and they deliver it on time. Get it together Home Depot this is not 1985 anymore. The Home Depot on Temecula Parkway carries a variety of merchandise from anything you can imagine for your home both in and out. The customer services on the floor level and at the cashier section are fairly well and for the most part, they are knowledgeable and have answers to most questions (4.0). The home products are arranged nicely on the shelves with label descriptions (4.0). I have had projects done such as the wooden floors and ceiling mouldings replaced in the past and the project associates at this place have all been very helpful (5.0). The only pain points are those who are in the customer service phone line. They do not tend to be efficient especially after providing them with many reminders after a series of calls (0). Overall, the services at this Home Depot are excellent and will continue to shop here and consult with their project team in the future. read more

Just received a letter that is going out to all Home Depot credit card holders. Home Depot is raising its Annual Percentage Rate to 29.99% going into effect on March 19, 2024. You can opt out and close your card but take a hit on your credit for closing an account or keep it, but if you use it they are hitting us hard in interest. I find this outrageous, especially after using this card, never late, or missed a payment, and they thank me by attempting to "take" more money away. The letter today is a slap in our face and shows us that our economy is getting worse by the day regardless of what some try to tell us. It's time to stand up against these types of actions and stop using their accounts that are designed to line their pockets with no regard. If you have a card you will get this letter soon. Make your voice heard and don't tolerate the gouge. read more

First time we've been to this location, but we happened to be in the area. Employees on the floor inside were not friendly nor helpful. Only reason for 3 stars is because Maria at the register in garden area was really nice. We like that you can still just give your phone number for military discount unlike the Murrieta location that makes you jump through hoops to get a few dollars off. read more

So I came into the store not knowing anything about what I was going to do to my yard. I had some ideas but not exactly sure what I needed. I just knew I wanted the weeds to go away and a nice front yard. A nice employee named Andrew approached me because I looked lost and I described what I wanted in my front yard. He immediately showed me what I needed he told me how to put the weed barrier down and put it into the ground first then to lay my bricks out in the middle as I wanted them and then to put the beautiful red mulch I wanted in my yard on top on the rest evenly and rake it out. My yard now looks gorgeous the weed barrier stopped the weeds from returning and my yard looks just how I pictured it. Thank you so much Andrew. read more

I went in to make a return. It was less than 180 days and they would not return it! I had a receipt and my return was denied! I asked if I could speak to somebody and they said no that they would not be able to help me with anything and I asked if there was a customer service line I could call and they said no I could only go on their website. Really? I have supported this company for years and a simple return could not be made. Now that I'm on my rant, their customer service is terrible! I'm always searching for someone to help me!!! We are here at least once a month. They always have what we need. Today I tried the curbside pickup which ran very smoothly and I was out within 5-6 minutes. This is very fast for a large, busy store with curbside pickup. Our shower head broke last night, we found a replacement to be ready in the morning, drove to Home Depot and stayed in the car sans shower and came back to the house. It was great. Earlier this month, we rented a power tool for a few hours to set up our Christmas decorations. We try a new theme every year and were considering buying our own. After how easy the rental process was (and cheap) no need to buy our own and take up the space. During the summer, we are here a lot for soil, rocks, plants, and pots. I'm a Handyman with lots of work here in the Temecula Valley and Murrieta - Menifee And Perris or whatever the clients are I know my HD stores and there's a reason to shop there and not the silver & blue store which is always short staffed and pretty downright rude I'm at a HD two to three times a day for material or tools (or both) My favorite store is on the 79 Temecula Parkway That store has some of the friendliest workers, from the parking lot helpers to the Managers. I usually need to check out at the Pro Desk Where you can find Lisa or Ari working hard Also, is Dan, who is awesome and always has helpful ideas and positive uplifting conversation Dan's son also works at the front line at the store and he is always eager to help with whatever is needed (following his dads footsteps to be the best) These people create a wonderful work environment and shopping experience Thank you all ! read more

After asking customer service for help in the plumbing dept, Thomas in Electrical department helped us out because no one else ever showed up. He walked over with a smile and said "what can I do to help you with" it's been a few years since I've heard that from any associate at Home Depot.
