From the very beginning when I first reached out to Juan to the last day of our project, Juan and his dudes were amazing. Not only is Juan responsive, attentive, but his passion for design, landscape and life in general is what really sold me. Within 24 hours of meeting him, he had an itemized bid, a drawing and some design ideas sent to my email. The project took a total of 8 weeks, with several days off so I would say maybe 6 total. I loved the end result and have attached a few pics (they do not do this yard justice): They installed a flagstone walkway, planted 23 plants and some ground cover, created a really pretty wall made of similar colored rock around the new landscape, painted the front of my house, installed drip irrigation and upgraded drainage beyond the project area to ensure that there would be no flooding. Lighting along the walkways, and underneath the wall was also installed. His team also installed a wall fountain in the courtyard, and went ahead to install timers for the lights and the fountain. A nice touch that I didn't' expect was that Juan had his team wire the fountain and the lighting so that it was well hidden. I can't tell you how many people will do work and leave trash behind, and not think about the esthetics, but Juan's team took all of that into consideration. He worked with me on prices and stayed true to his original bid. I really appreciated how kind his team was and how courteous they were to my space and my home, which is my sanctuary. Yay! We just completed our backyard transformation! We can finally enjoy our new Japanese Zen-style…read moregarden. We moved into this house in the spring and couldn't wait to redo the yard. Thanks to EVERLASTING, our dream came true in just six and a half weeks! Our old backyard was in desperate need of a refresh. Looking at the before pictures, you can see what a challenge it was: overgrown weeds choked the flagstone paths, dead leaves and debris were scattered everywhere, and the lawn was patchy and worn out. The old red brick patio and walkway also showed significant wear, especially near the house. Our biggest headache, though, was a serious drainage issue that caused rainwater to pool near the main house foundation and even flood into our ADU. Thankfully, EVERLASTING tackled this major engineering hurdle head-on. They re-leveled the entire yard, corrected the problematic slopes, and expertly installed hidden drainage lines to direct water safely away to a proper absorption area. The fire pit installed by this company exploded into my girlfriend's face. We had an independent professional company come out to inspect the unit and the gas line. Their findings were shocking: the gas connection was completely loose. This negligence allowed gas to build up inside the fire pit structure, which caused it to explode upon ignition. Because of the physical injuries sustained and the absolute gross negligence regarding a gas installation, we are now taking this company to litigation. If you value the safety of your home and your family, stay far away from this business. A "loose connection" on a gas line is not just a mistake--it is a deadly hazard. We are currently in the process of legal action to hold them accountable for the damage and trauma they have caused. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

She provided all the paper work for submittal to the HOA. The overall project was installed quickly and the project manager was quick to give updates and worked with me as we changed the design on the fly. the site manager was a solid professional, Miguel, made sure that everything was installed correctly and also made recommendations during the installation process. Even after installation there were a few issues with the pavers but they came back out and fixed them. They did such a great job that I hired them install the plants in the backyard (originally I was going to do it). The owner, Nick, does not take any responsibility for the mistakes or actions of the crew he sends over. Francisco made lewd gestures and comments grabbing his crotch while talking about his Louie. I notified Nick and he warned me that I better be able to prove it. I wanted a patio that would keep water from running into my house. To compromise he suggested he patch the low spots. The color of patching does not match the patio. To raise the area around my door they added concrete that covers a good part of the threshold. I gave Nick a detailed description with schematics to place everything where it should be. The worst was the wall that they built which was nothing like the schematic showed or what the contract promises. He refuses to fix the wall because it would be a big job. The drainage system is not as it should be. Anytime something is brought to his attention there is a reason for doing it his way. He does not supervise. The guys he sends do not follow the plan. Probably because Nick is never around to guide them. Make sure you have cameras or else have someone there that you trust to watch the entire process
