Ray and his team did a phenomenal job removing my bamboo that my HOA requested be removed. I had clumping bamboo planted 17 years ago so it was well established in height and roots. By the end of the day not only was the bamboo gone and the root ball removed by stump grinding but he had thinned out my birds of paradise and removed a tree and roots that were dangerously close to the house. I can officially say I can trust on one more amazing company to turn to when I need help. I was in a jam to have a huge Eucalyptus tree removed from my front yard. The roots had already caused plumbing issues connecting to my home and city line. And my plumber wouldn't warranty their service unless something was done with the tree. I really don't understand this company getting 5 star reviews. I wanted to hire a professional tree trimming service. What I got was, in a word, sloppy. They were supposed to show up at 8 AM with a crew of 2 or 3 and the job was supposed to take 2 to 3 hours. Instead Rey showed up at 9:25 AM and left one guy there to do the work. Throughout the day Rey I stopped by and kept saying the job will be done in a couple of hours a couple of hours more a couple of hours more but it took all day. Afterwards, I saw they left cut branches in our bushes that I had to clean up. Then a couple of days later we had a rain storm and some suckers that had grown quite large but were not trimmed fell over. It took me over a week to get him to come out and remove them. Then a few weeks later I was able to see all the dead branches left in the tree because the leaves had died. I called him on a Monday to come out and he said he would come sometime that week but he did not. I called him on Friday and he said he would come Monday morning. I called him Monday morning and he said that he would actually be coming in the afternoon instead. Not surprisingly, he did not show up and he did not call. He charged $500 for his "work" and now I'll have to pay someone else to clean up his mess. I can't remember what the star ratings mean and can't find anything except regarding restaurants so I gave him 2 stars because nothing disastrous happened.
