I had Robles Tree Trimming Service trim my overgrown olive tree. It was a huge mess for me and way to large for me to take on. They came with a crew and cut the tree down to size. opened it up so that it could breath and light could get through. Left enough it still looks prominent and well shaped. They hauled off all the trimmings (huge amount). They were quick and professional. I will call them again when needed. The service was performed first week of Dec 2021. read more

Hired them to do some mulch and landscaping, paid their higher prices, work wasn't done correctly, have tried calling them back to finish work as agreed. She promised they were going to come back before a major party which is the reason I had them come in. Never showed up , won't answer call, value and reliability was poor. The quote request response was slow in my opinion. They did provide a text quote after requesting a picture of the job area. The quote was several times higher than competitors. I don't know why their texted quote was so much more. If they had actually come to see my project maybe it would have been much less. The owner wrote to me by direct message saying it was because they are licensed and insured. The lowest quote I received, which I didn't accept, was also from a licensed company. read more

Had an appt at 10 am for a quote. Sent a text over an hour later to see if they were going to show and all I got was a text back saying they normally charge $200 month. Never even showed up to see my backyard. Very disappointed, very unprofessional. read more

Robles Tree Service was used by a local women's club to plant a tree in memory of my mother in law. When they arrived they did not have a shovel or pick to dig the hole to plant the tree. I gave them mine and asked that if they broke a sprinkler to let me know, so I could fix it. They planted the tree and left. A couple days later I checked the tree and saw there was an obvious leak from a broken sprinkler. I called and whoever I spoke to doubted their workers had broken a sprinkler. She said why didn't you call earlier? She said she would check with her guys and call me back. She then said the guys claimed they hadn't broken a sprinkler. Before the tree was planted I didn't have a leak in that area and after I did. To me Robles Tree Service is shady and instead of owning a problem tried to place the blame on me.
