Staff is in and out and very proficient in their craf! 4 stars based off of the lack of communication. When bad weather hinders our typical service day it's moved to another day (understandably) but we do not know when that is. No big deal except for the pets we leave in the back yard. Things can get interesting in the event we are not home. Addressed with the owner and he now texts prior to showing up on non scheduled days. On Thursdays when I come home and see the yard freshly manicured I smile from ear to ear. Well worth trying them out. Update 17 May 2020: Spoke to owner shortly after my review. Expressed the concerns and Mr. Le assured me he would make contact on the off cycle days. Waited to see the consistency, has been spot on even while I was absent for an extended period. We referred him to many people -- us, and everyone else, could not have been more pleased with his work ethic, perfection, eye for detail, incredible creative solutions, extremely fair pricing (in fact, we counseled him many times to charge more), attention to detail, honesty... We made up for his ridiculously low pricing with generous cash tips (cash is always appreciated with any service personnel). Please consider that, when hiring him. I really wanted to finish the job myself, to save the money, but I just ran out of time. Their quote was far less expensive than any of the other quotes I obtained. The more I talked to them, the more confident I felt that I wouldn't be taken advantage of because I was having to manage the work needed, long-distance. Called around a few places for a quote and Le'Scape was the most reasonable and affordable. My yard was a mess with 4 dogs (digging), and I'm too lazy to do yard work. The best gardener we have ever had. Our roses have come back from the dead. Quac and his team are fast and friendly and THOROUGH. he has repaired several sprinkler heads and drip lines for us.
