I had a large Canary Palm that was planted too close to our fence line by the original home owner…read more As beautiful as this Palm was, it was causing havoc on all my irrigation, landscape and neighbor's fence. This tree was also to large and inaccessible to relocate. I called Andrew Armstrong on a Wednesday afternoon and he and his crew had my tree completely out in less than 24 hours. I noticed how they took the time to continuously clean/blow down the yard and contain the debris. His crew even skimmed my pool to ensure they left my yard spotless. It was seriously like they were never there. When it came time to grind down the massive stump they put in the extra effort to ensure they got nearly all of the rootball. Armstrong Tree Service was reasonably priced and Andrew was extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any tree removals.

When your man on the cherry picker started removing palm fronds he dropped two on my gazebo roof and they busted through. I yelled at the trimmer and he was careful after that. I went next door to talk to the foreman, and one of the workers said he would stop by and talk to me. Later the guy from the cherry picker came over and used a blower to clean my patio deck. But all your trucks along with your foreman left and did not talk to me. I sent you an email telling you all about this on Friday evening, Sept 6th. It is now Wednesday, Sept. 11th and no one has contacted me. I told you the damage in on the inside of the gazebo next to the fence. and to replace the two damaged panels all the panels would have to be removed to get to them. I figured labor and material to be $100. It would be nice to hear from you. I hope you treat other neighbors better when you trim trees next door.

Thanks Dan for your awesome service of retrieving my drone from the top of a tall tree!…read more I was flying my drone at a wedding this weekend in Menifee and got it stuck on top of a palm tree. The tree was too tall for me to safely climb on my own and I had to find someone to climb in the tree to retrieve my drone. Found Dan on Yelp and visited his website and saw that he does drone retrievals as well as his tree services. Gave Dan a call on Monday and it was actually a breeze. Emailed him some pics pointing out which tree it is. I called the wedding venue and told them that Dan is coming to climb to get the drone... Dan took care of it and I met him in Corona the next day (I live in Pasadena). Thanks Dan!

I sent Dan some photos of the tree and he gave me an estimate right away. The estimate seemed like a fair price. But I had to put off getting the tree trimmed a few times due to other things going on. Dan kept in contact with me until I was ready to get the tree done. I finally had Dan come by today to trim the tree. Dan took his time and did an awesome job. He trimmed the complete tree plus hauled all the trimmings away. He even gave me a discount from the original estimate. I already spoke with him about trimming another tree in our yard. I even want him to plant one maybe two fruit trees in our back yard in very near future. Dan is very professional, friendly and nice to talk with. I recommend Dan for any and all of your tree trimming needs. Thank you Dan for making our tree look clean and refreshed. On Oct 19, 2019 Dan came by our place again to trim our huge tree. I was really concerned about one huge heavy looking branch hanging over our over hang. I was scared when it was windy that one of them branches would break off and hit the house. A couple weeks before Dan was here a large branch did break off during a freak wild wind storm. It put a dent in the overhand. Anyways Dan did cut the large branch I requested. He also trimmed a few little branches on the trunk. As always Dan was on time, very professional, friendly and he cleans up the mess. He is fun to talk with too. I will continue to call for all our tree needs. Thanks again Dan.
