Gaspar came out today and removed 3 palm trees and grinder 2 stumps. Great job. Excellent cleanup. Highly recommend.

So, I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled this time. I called this company Quality Tree Service for several tree removals and trims in Temecula. Gaspar came out for the bid on a Friday, did the work that Monday. The quality was fantastic, price was fair, on-time, got the job done, didn't break anything while there, professional. I am VERY picky, this company is Legit! read more

Gaspar and crew are top notch! They trimmed our palm trees and shaped the trees perfectly. Clean up left the yard better than when they showed up. Artisans! read more

I was very satisfied with the service. We needed to take down about ten LARGE trees and trim about 4 others. Gaspar and a couple of his crew came out the next morning to provide me a quote. His price was very reasonable given the amount of work and he seemed very thoughtful, so I hired him. The work was competed on time and we were very happy with our choice. read more

Gaspar and his guys did an excellent job, I'd highly recommend them. I called and left a voicemail about some palm trees I wanted trimmed and then skinned, he called back right away and we setup a time frame for him to come quote the job, he showed up on time and quoted a fair price. We setup a Saturday 8am appointment for the job. His crew was parked in front of my house at 7:50. They were in and out in about 2 hours and cleaned up like they were never here. I tipped them $40. Great service and a great job, just something you don't see too often. read more

If you need to have your Queen palms trimmed these guys are the best, they take time to trim and the way they trim no other guys can do it ! The trees look like at high end resources after they finish! read more

I haven't used their services but I have had to pick up the postcard they throw in random places in my landscaping. I don't appreciate the litter. read more

TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I called and Gasper answered, he met me at my house within 20-30 minutes. Very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me an estimate on the spot. I had 3 other companies give me estimates, they all took 3-5 days to get back to me and a few others never even returned calls. We agreed on the price, he started a couple of days later, was clean and professional, and I WILL ABSOLUTELY use him again. Gaspar is awesome! You won't be disappointed. Thanks Gasper!!! read more

Quality Tree Service is top notch! They were a team of extremely hard workers who showed up when they said they would, and worked tirelessly until the job was done! They cleaned up after themselves and did it all for less than other quotes. I've had many trees removed over the years and wouldn't hesitate to have them take care of all my tree removal/trimming needs in the future. Thanks guys! read more

I contacted Gaspar on Saturday afternoon to have 5 trees thinned and trimmed. He arrived the same afternoon and gave me a very reasonable price. He also said they would do the work on Monday morning. Sure enough, come Monday morning, three workers arrived to do the work. After two hours, the trees were thinned and trimmed and look great. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite the whole time they were here. I whole heartedly recommend Quality Tree Service. You get a quality product at a reasonable price. read more

I had a palm tree taken down and a overgrown olive tree trimmed and reshaped. They were on time, cleaned up, and made the olive beautiful again! The pricing was the very best bid that I received! I highly recommend this service. Thank you Gaspar read more

I heard back from Gaspar within minutes of my inquiry. He came by with a fair estimate within a couple hours of our conversation. His crew arrived the next day at 8 am as promised, to do the job. Three men worked 8 hours in an effort to trim back my 18 Palm trees, weed both my front and back yards that had been neglected for a few months, and replace a few sprinkler heads.. The crew was very respectful of my property and did a nice clean-up as well when the job was complete. I have already referred the company to two friends and look forward to working with them again myself for any of my landscape needs. read more

Did a good job of pruning and trimming my trees but not reliable. Told me to come next day to finish two more trees never showed up, never called or texted. I asked him (Gaspar) to respond so I can find someone else to do it but he never responded. read more

I generally do not leave reviews, but this company deserves a high recommendation. Gaspar came out to give us a quote the same day we called to inquire about his service. The quote to trim 9 trees was fair and the skilled team did a fantastic job. They all are very experienced and know what is needed for each type of tree. They hauled away all the debris and left the surrounding areas around the trees spotless. We definitely will use them again and highly recommend Quality Tree Service. read more

Called them up and the owner showed up and told me $275 to trim the tree up. Good size tree with plenty of clean up after. They came back in about 3 hours and had the job done in about 3.5 hours. I got bids for $250 and up. Some of those did not include hall away. This job was done very well from start to finish. They have great reviews on Yelp for a good reason. Also I have found in the past that there can be a language barrier when dealing with companies that deal with outdoor gardening. They speak both Spanish and English perfect. Will use this company again in the future. Top notch. read more

They were great. I sent them a direct text with pictures of my trees. Gaspar responded quickly with a competitive price. They were on time, efficient and did a great job. Gaspar was very knowledgeable with regards to HOW the trees should be cut. They even cleaned up our pool from any small debris. Totally unexpected yet above and beyond expectation. Our trees look amazing. read more

I left messages with three other local top rated tree companies, before Gaspar called me back to schedule an appointment. Gaspar arrived on time and provided a very reasonable quote. We arranged a date to perform the work which consisted of trimming two medium olive trees and a dozen hopseeds. Gaspar and crew arrived on time quickly jumped in. Their quality of work cannot be matched including cleanup. My faith in work ethic has been restored. Gaspar is prompt, fair, competitive, competent and deserves 10 stars. read more

Found out about Quality Tree Service from a door advertisement, and was happy I made the call! Gaspar and his crew were able to dig out a stubborn tree root that had pretty much taken over half my front yard. In addition they were able to cut down both mine and my neighbor's fan palms. All in the same day, including disposal and clean up! Very competitively priced, with friendly customer service. Definitely recommended! read more

My first time owning a home with palm trees. Looked on line and decided to take a chance with Casper since he had such glowing reviews. Very nice man. Answered phone right away. He wasn't too far away - so he shot over to my home in 20 minutes to give me an estimate. Had his crew out a few hours later the same afternoon. Fast, fair price, and great clean up. I would highly recommend Quality Tree Service. read more

Gaspar and his team are awesome. I was extremely nervous to have my African Sumac tree trimmed, but Gaspar knew exactly how to trim the tree in a way that was practical, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing. His price was very fair, and considering his level of expertise and professionalism, I am certain that I got a great deal. The crew which worked at my home did an excellent job. The Owner Joe Mattos made an effort to have the workers at my home on the desired day and time. They arrived On Time. The sales associate Danny came with the crew to make sure they understood what the estimate covered, and the lead staff person, Jose oversaw the majority of activities. They did everything I asked for and more. The clean up after the job was done with care in mind. I highly recommend this company and their staff. Fair pricing with excellent service read more

Gasper came the same day (yesterday) and looked at the trees I was looking to remove. (4 palms in total - 2 Mexican Palms including the stumps). They came first thing this morning and they are done! It looks fabulous and I am very pleased. All of the Palms surrounded our pool and there was a minimal amount of debris that is in the water. Much less than from one afternoon of natural flowers from the palms themselves. We learned the hard way what trees we don't want but was really thankful for their hard work on this extremely hot day! read more

First, I almost never take the time to leave reviews. However, Diego and Gasper with Quality Tree Service were exceptional. Their work was truly excellent. We have three huge 30 year old palms, and numerous mid size ones. They were attentive, communicative, timely, very competitive pricing, close to meticulous and ....personable. They were so good I paid them more then the quote...don't do that very often. A very strong recommendation and I will definitely use them again. read more

I previously wrote a great review on this company after they removed my eucalyptus trees. All work was "guaranteed ". They trees are growing back after supposedly were poisoned to prevent it. I have called and texted many times and haven't received a response. So now that they have my money customer service has disappeared. read more

Had these guys out today to clean up our palms (and my neighbor's palms too). Did a fantastic job! First, I would like to thank Gasper for answering my call and for timely communication. It seems strange to think that other companies do not even return a phone call. Second, I would like to say how professional his team was and how respectful they treated my home while they worked in both the front and back yards. There is an art to this type of service, and I can not say enough good things about Quality Tree Service. I will ABSOLUTELY call them again!! read more
