Unfortunately we were having no luck finding something we liked and when I went back to the register, the original clerk stared at me , until another clerk asked me "if I was ok? When the original clerk said the best she could do was give me store credit, that's when we proceeded to look for something else. I couldn't believe the service received this visit as this was NOT what not the service I received on my first visit. The exchange/return policy is small at the register which I originally didn't notice. Horrible customer service! I will not be shopping at this location again. Don't waste your time in this specific location. I would have rated a zero but unfortunately I had to put one star rating.

Instead of checking on me or offering help, two cashiers were laughing. One of them was named Aaliyah E. I was surprised and honestly hurt by the lack of concern. If a customer gets injured in the store, the basic expectation is that staff check on their well-being and offer assistance. Because of this experience, I don't plan on returning. I hope management takes this seriously and retrains associates on basic customer service and how to respond when a customer may be hurt.

I remembered the kid outfits were at the far-end register from where I checked out, but I remembered after closing hours... on my WAY HOME! Shop is organized and clean and staff was friendly and welcomed us in. This defeats the purpose of promoting a "fast" pickup option when we still have to stand in a long checkout line. There should be a separate, clearly designated line for online order pickups so customers can quickly retrieve their orders without having to wait in the regular checkout line. This would make the pickup process much more efficient and actually align with the "fast and free pickup" you advertise.
