Back to Cinderella's Closet - I arrived a bit early and I was greeted at the front door with a smiling welcome by Dana (?) and she knew my name as she opened the door. It had been almost 2.5 years since my last breast prosthetic replacement. My body had changed and I felt like I needed a smaller sized prosthetic. Sandra, was the fitter who help me. Sandra has 29+ years of experience with fitting bras on woman (remember the Wizard of Bras in Monrovia? She worked there for many years). Her experience and ability to listen found me a perfect fit - not what I thought I needed but she found me something even better! I am very happy with the results. The fitting room is calm and serene and I was completely comfortable during the entire time with Sandra. The store is lucky to have her. Thank you Sandra. Upon arriving, Albert had Alondra help with measurements and fitting, she even showed me how to help button it up properly. Fair price an excellent service. Overall a 10/10 experience. Bonus: I forgot something important on top of my truck bed liner which landed in the street. Upon calling they went and retrieved it and had it ready for me when I returned.

I've been here numerous times to buy cologne and the ladies that work these counters are always hustling and helping me find out what are the latest trends, what are the best deals and they and it's a whole experience which is weird because when I walk through the regular Macy's I almost feel attacked by the perfume ladies, but here, I end up making friends with them by the end of it. It's less pressure here to buy and more time spent on the experience and I always leave with something from this store, not for me though!
