My wife and loved coming here ..our favorite store. We purchased all of out products here..we also love the arcades.. at least 1 a week. We moved away ..now 7 years later we returned. The one and only time No customers in store and no traffic in back..switched rooms to utilizes dollar bills ..and the little blond chick though us out for switching. ..again we were the only ones there. Went to Romantix with my best friend just to check it out and have a lighthearted, first-time experience. We weren't there to hook up or do anything inappropriate--just curious and open-minded. Unfortunately, the vibe was anything but welcoming. The owner went to the back room shortly after we arrived and was incredibly rude, giving us no time to settle in or get a feel for the place. The whole encounter felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily judgmental. Not the kind of energy you expect from a place that should be sex-positive and inclusive. They had a large selection of everything- whatever you are there for. Sales people are really nice & very helpful, not pushy at all & informative. Didn't get that perv vibe, was clean store, everything was organized into categories etc. Prices were reasonable on most things I seen. If you aren't one to go to one of these types of stores normally but find the inclination to check it out this is a good place to go. read more

Compared to most Romantix locations, this was pretty small and didn't have much of a variety at all. They have a few toys and a small selection of pleaser shoes and lingerie but mostly videos for the viewing rooms. Everything was reasonably priced. The staff was .. ok... they weren't as attentive as other locations. I honestly wouldn't come back. I rather drive further to a bigger/ better location. read more

I visited the store in the Fontana area, and I was very surprised. Very clean, the girl behind the desk was extremely nice to me, though She didn't really know the specifications of some of the toys they had, but that's understandable. They have thousands! They have an actual theater that shows movies. I'm not sure why people would go in one. Didn't PeeWee Herman get arrested with his cheese in the wind? There's no way I could sit through more than 10 minutes without getting arrested. What was very cool was that they had a movie arcade with individual booths. They have doors that lock and are completely private. The Romantics in LA all have wide open seating areas that they call "Private" which aren't really private at all, with just a seat and a small wall on one side, leaving you exposed to everyone. Creeps you out because you're always looking behind you to see if someone's staring at you! I recommended highly if you're bored and have nothing else to do . read more

So totally WOW! Not exactly the kind of place one would expect exceptional customer service.... But I'll be damned! We visited on Mon Sept 17th, late eve. Parking lot was well lit, clean. From the moment we walked in customer service was more than exceptional! We've been to a few adult oriented shops over the years and typically it's a few awkward folks wandering aimlessly and a half-hearted greeting from the attendant. Hubby and I stopped by to check out store. Honestly pretty good selection of EVERYTHING. From lingerie, to fetish, toys, lubes both flavored and unflavored. Worker was very helpful, only downside is we decided to go back and check out the arcade, but to our surprise store was CLOSED! We waited in parking lot about 30-45 mins.
