I love this store! They have a lot of good and cute clothes, but it's kind of a small store. The employees are very helpful, with sizing and finding specific clothing. I recently came here to do a return on a pair of sweats I had bought online. I wanted to get in store credit that I could use to buy a different pair of sweats that I had found in the store and the process was quite long but the worker Ashley was so patient with me. Not only this but she was also attentively multi tasking, helping another group of customers with a return at the same time. Awful, awful, awful! I went in on a Saturday with my daughters for new school outfits, so I expected it to be busy, but when I showed up to this location, all the workers were on their phones (even managers, as I would later find out). no greeting, no friendly assistance, just attitude. I asked the short blonde lady working in jeans if a sweatshirt was part of their back to school sale too and she just said "no" then went back to texting on her phone. i have been shopping at victoria gardens for years and never heard such a short response from an employee from any store. i still bought some outfits for my daughters and ended up asking the male employee at register for her name, so i could make a complaint and he said it was, PAIGE, and then he added, to my surprise, she was the store MANAGER! this location used to be my daughters' favorite but we are not returning after the attitude from PAIGE and the staff here. we can just buy brandy melville online. read more

my friend and i stopped by this location because we thought "what the heck let's give it a try". she purchases her jeans from pacsun but i personally have never shopped here because i didn't believe they ever carried my size. i'm usually a Xl - 1xl plus size. i can sometimes get away with a L top. when i walked in and started browsing i was pleasantly surprised by the size selection they had. i did end up purchasing a few things with confidence ! when my friend and i got to the register one of the two employees left to the back so there was only one register open. the man that helped me was pleasant, but he was a lot nicer to the 2 smaller (in size) girls that he helped before me. when it was my friends turn he helped her at his other co workers register instead of his. immediately you could tell how his attitude changed and how he sparked up an conversation with her right away and asked how her day was going. he offered her if she wanted to sign up for the rewards program to save $5 off her purchase. laughing talking ect. all of this while i was standing right next to her.... when he did not do any of these things for me. he rang up my items and asked me how i wanted to pay. this is genuinely why it's so hard for plus size people to shop an straight sized stores that claim to have extended sizes. it really put me off for the rest of our shopping trip. if a store is going to offer inclusivity in sizing, make sure the employees also know how to give customer service to people of all sizes. read more

My 15-year-old son ordered a shirt online. I had the receipt, and his debit card, as well as my identification which reflected the same last name as his. The store manager told me she couldn't return the item because he physically needed to be there with an ID. Umm he's 15. He has no ID. I told her I was on his bank account, and physically showed her the card. I explained he was a minor, and it made no sense why his mom...with ID, a receipt, the debit card, and the same last name couldn't return it. She said if they let me do it, it would be "Age discrimination"...MIND BLOWN. PAC Sun: Perhaps you should educate your employees on what a MINOR is and discrimination, because clearly they are not familiar with either. This store is very unorganized and unprofessional. I had went in to buy clothes for my girlfriend and as I was proceeding up in line the managers SON who seemed about 3 or 4 years old was there scanning my items as well as trying to reach into the cash register and also packing my items into the bag. It was very concerning to me and as well other customers by the conversations that were going on in the store. I went back to be sure I was getting charged the CORRECT amount due to a toddler handling the transaction I had as well as other customers there. Im not sure how the business is ran there but as far as I know that seems of child labor/endangerment. The manager also seemed more concerned as to cattering to their child rather than the customers. The store was playing really bad really ignorant music that was offensive and soooo loud I couldn't hear myself think while I was shopping. What more details are needed? The music was about "butts" and "breast" but of course the language was a bit more colorful. "My experience" was awful in the sense that I felt like I was at an Atlanta strip club popping bottles only I was in pacsun in Rancho Cucamonga shopping for a cute swimsuit. Worst customer service experience ever at the Victoria Gardens Pacsun location. The store manager, Sergio, seemed to not know correct policies and procedures of the store he is managing. I bought a pair of shoes for my husband at the Montclair Pacsun on Sunday, May 6, 2017. My husband tried them on at home and wasn't satisfied. Two days later, we went to return the shoes at the Victoria Gardens location since we live nearby. The manager, Sergio, looked at the bottom of both shoes and fairly quickly, decided they are not in the required condition to be returned. The manager claimed the shoes had been worn, pointing at the "dirt" on the bottom of the soles. The manager did not ask if the shoes had been worn, as he simply assumed so. The manager went on to say that people do this all the time, trying to return worn items and that no one will want to repurchase them. The manager also claimed that their store is different from all the other locations, such as in having a higher standard, which felt as if he was insinuating we made our purchase from a lower level store and that maybe a lower level store would allow the return. I was offended and embarrassed by his assumption. I told him my husband only tried on the shoes once at home and removed them immediately, never stepping foot outside. My husband walked over to the register looking for me and realized there was an issue, which caught him off guard for obvious reasons. Per my husband ....Of course the soles are not going to be pristine since people try on the shoes in the store, carpet or tile. He still refused to refund the shoes. We ended up driving to the Montclair Pacsun. The cashier looked at the soles and said there is nothing wrong and couldn't understand why the manager at the Victoria Garden location didn't return them. Thank you Montclair. read more

I went to Pacsun for back to school shopping. This store needs an upgrade on its customer service. The manager David is worse than the employees. He does t know how to talk to the customers neither make them feel that the customer is always right. He is condescending and talks over the customers, loud enough to make sure everyone at the store can hear him. I was so frustrated with him and his stubborn response that I said I will call customer service and asked for his name. His response was "ok" and a big smirk on his face. This location lacks in customer service. I love going to Victoria Gardens in my free time just to window shop, and I love PacSun for their selections. I see so many things I want on their website but usually go to the actual stores to test them out. Honestly, I don't want to sound like a needy customer, but I'd really appreciate it more if I was actually greeted when I came in. I come to this store many times just to see what new items they have, so I thought I'd test out the communication I received as I would visit. I've lived here over over a year now, and NEVER have I been greeted when I entered the store, and NO ONE has ever asked me if I was looking for/needed anything. Other stores in the area have people greeting me as I walk through the door to tell me about their sales or just to help me find what I need, but this store's employees literally watch as I walk in, stare, and then go back to talking to each other. Just tonight, I was trying to find where everything was bc they had changed the set up since I last visited, and there were about 4-5 employees at the counter talking and folding clothes. I understand they're busy, but it wouldn't hurt to welcome customers as they walked in or to check on them to show that they were available for help. Plus if they had time to talk and gossip for the ~20 minutes I was in there, I'd say they should have at least a second to say hi to potential customers. It's a small gesture, but it makes people feel welcomed and more likely to give them business. Making eye contact with people who are clearly employees and being ignored when I clearly indicate I'm a little lost is a huge reason why I leave and just go next door to Tilly's. I understand I can stop and ask them myself, but why would I if they look as if they're not willing to or care to help? Again, not being a whiny customer, but I work in retail as well so I can relate a little. It's basic customer service skills that each of the employees should be trained with. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped in this store today (the day after Black Friday) so obviously the store was packed. As we were going through the wall of shirts a sweet girl was folding the shirts on the folding table. An employee came out of the dressing room and snapped at the girl saying "Look at this, I told you to fold these shirts and look they are all messy again" in the RUDEST way, rolling her eyes.The way this girl talked to her literally stunned us. How is okay to talk to your other employees like that? It wasn't even in a coaching way, it was rude and obviously said to tear her down. Any sane person could tell this girl was breaking her back to keep the shirts and store clean during a rush with so many people throwing things around. You guys need to appreciate your employees more and learn how to treat others with common courtesy. I usually love going to this Pacsun location because they seem to have more selection than others. The last few times I have been there the service has just been horrible. I went last week to shop around and got approached three times by the same girl asking me the same question and confused me with someone else...remember the customers you've talked to so they feel valued. They also ordered a pair of jeans for me that they didn't have in store to be shipped to my house, when they arrived I opened the package to find they ordered the wrong jeans for me. Now I understand accidents happen, but when I called them to let them know and see how to fix it the guy on the phone was rude and never once apologized for the inconvenience. Downtown Rancho Cucamonga's Pacific Sunwear is easily one of the best Pac Sun shops. The location in Cucamonga has got to be one of their better selling stores. There are skate parks full of little dudes and dudettes with wealthy parents. The market for older kids is also strong here. Pac Sun Cucamonga is a little small but I like that, it feels like your at the beach in some small skate shop. The shop is setup awesome. The service is great, the people who work there are very nice, helpful, and fashionable. The shop is at an outdoor setting so you can go outside for a cigarette or a walk with the kids while the wife shops. The open air style of this mall is what makes this Pac Sun shop stand out from others. Future plans for the mall will add 5 levels of condos above the shop with an office/condo tower and shared parking garage replacing the nearby parking lot. Also there will be millions of dollars spent on further beautification of the mall including elaborate lighting to attract freeway attention, more foliage, and more fountains throughout the complex. Bought NMD at Brea mall my daughters change there mind on the color of the shoe, try to return them Victoria Gardens spoke to the manager Carlos sales #510455 , store #703 Very Very! RUDE! To begin with , Since i had paid cash for the shoes his excuse was he could not make the return since the shoe was purchase at higher end store, he stated there store did not carry that kind of cash in there registered i had to take them back were i had originally purchase them, or at a higher end store , he was not only so RUDE! But so un helpful . I then try to return the shoe at Taylor Spectrum since we were shopping in that direction, well " What was are surprised" , The rude manager from Victoria Garden was covering at Taylor Spectrum and refused to do the refund at that store and stated we had to go back to Brea Mall we're the shoes were originally purchase , i then had to wait another week to make the return since Monday is our only day off. Finally got to make it to Brea Mall were the shoes were originally purchased the store manager then tried to give us the run around and did not want to return the shoes . And unfortunately it was paid in cash otherwise i would had went to my bank and dispute there charges since there policy has a 60 day return policy , if i could give them a zero star i would ! , I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!!
