Mission Upholstery - They made it look as if the driver seat airbag never deployed. - Furniture Reupholstery Near Me - Chino, California

They did an okay job. Might need to reupholster it again as time goes on. The entire right side of the center armrest is messed up. There's all these waves and bumps from the quality of the sewing. the back right corner is something else...there's bits of the fabric coming undone and from the rearview you can tell they tucked it in really tight in comparison to the left side. It was a $50 job so I guess I don't mind doing it again another time once the right side comes undone completely. I honestly didn't notice any of these flaws until I drove away and took a hard look at it. I was too distracted by how happy I was that they repadded it and they placed the material on like I had asked. Customer service was okay as well. Bunch of older men who don't really care. They were working on a lot of old pick up trucks and here I was rolling up in a new Honda...so I guess I wasn't their cup of tea. The owner was the only one who really had any sense of manners and courtesy. He spoke to me briefly while I was getting the armrest reinstalled. Probably won't be coming back. read more

After taking my 2007 Acura TL for a front driver seat job, I wrote my first review. Since then, I took the Acura to have the passenger seat done. And then, a third visit to have the rear seats done! After much teeth pulling, I took my wife's Mercedes in to get both the front drivers and front passenger seats done. Like a charm, Greg did another excellent job as my wife was smiling and very happy with the results. Happy wife, happy life! Thanks Greg, you make me look smart! read more

I went to mission upholstery with my husband to have our RV sofas redone. Greg did a great job at a very reasonable price. I went back there this week to ask Greg if he could bring my living room furniture back to life. I love my couches they just needed new filling and new foam because they were sagging and looking old. Greg and Oscar did a phenomenal job! He saved me from having to buy new furniture and now my couches look brand new. I took the covers home and washed them and took them to Greg and Oscar to refill them. You will not find a more honest guy that takes pride in his work. I highly recommend this place!! He does not use email or internet so I wanted to put a shout out for this place! You won't be disappointed!! read more

I have never been here, but I called and spoke with Gregory who told me that I could check out another shop that would give me a fair price. He could have easily taken the work and make a quick buck, but decided to do the honest thing and refer me to somewhere else where I could save a little money. Good business practices are hard to come by nowadays, so that's why I gave Mission Upholstery my five stars ! CHECK IT OUT ! read more

Great job on my 95 GMC 4X4. I had a seat fixed. I dropped the truck off for a busted power seat. 4 hours later and only $80 my seat was good as new. This included removing the seat, welding in a new metal guide, and drilling new holes for the bracket. The dealership wanted $435.00 for this repair. Mission did it for $80.00. They are cash only but well worth a stop at the ATM. Oh and yes, the owner of the shop speaks perfect English so no communication issues for anybody. read more

He's as good as it gets when it comes to upholstery and service. I had the interior of my 1960 VW bug done and won shows after that. The price was right and the car was done when he said it was going to be. It's a small, family owned business and he makes you feel like family. I hope he never retires because people with his knowledge are getting very hard to find. read more
