Oscar's staff explained and talked me into just doing simple piping along the base and around all the pillows. the day before delivery I called to confirm (I was really worried they won't make it for my party scheduled day after delivery), then again the morning of delivery and late afternoon. they finally delivered around 5pm on delivery day, 2hrs after their closing time. the sofas looked really nice and the simple piping actually enhanced the seat cushions. we really like it. The back cushions were also pretty worn and lost a lot of the cushion volume that they originally had. In midst of shopping for new couches, we decided to have this couch refurbished as we couldn't find anything comparable so I started with a brief search on Yelp and came across Quality Furniture Services. We can an incredible experience from start to finish with Quality Furniture Services. I sent in a request this past Saturday, Peter responded very quickly. We had a brief phone conversation and then arranged for me to drop off my couch on Monday. Monday morning came and I realized that the couch was too long for my truck so I notified Peter. He was able to arrange for a pick up on Monday. By Tuesday, I received a call from Peter letting me know the couch was ready and that they could deliver it today. I met the delivery team at my home and it was seamless delivery. The couch looks and feels amazing. I'd highly recommend Peter and team for any furniture service needs!
