I just had my 2004 Buick headliner and both visors done at Raul's Auto Trim. Raleigh was the gentleman I spoke with and he was a very friendly person to work with. He didn't rush me at all and we had a good conversation about other things besides fixing my car. He made it a very enjoyable experience for me and and completed the job in a timely fashion. I am totally amazed at the craftsmanship and professional job they did. The headliner and visors literally look like brand new. Every nook and cranny was sealed perfectly and I couldn't believe the detail that they did on the visors. My visors actually had two lights, a mirror, and a pull out slide for extending the visor and some of it was actually handsewn but the rest was perfectly sealed. On top of that Raleigh Touched up my two front leather seats and now they look brand new. I really can't give enough recommendations for the work that was done on my car. As usual Raul's knocked it out of the park. ALL of the original Flexsteel upholstery was peeling and flaking. Covering it with cloth and towels just forced the "dandruff" onto the floor, shoes etc. Raul's re-upholstered everything. We are so proud of how it looks. On Monday, September 30th, I had an appointment to have my headliner replaced . I had a small area where it was detached from the backing. After seeing the issue, Raul suggested that he reattach it with adhesive at no charge. He fixed it, and it looks great! Raul is very honest, professional, ethical, and a pleasure to do business with.
