Frank does a great job. He provides honest service with good value. We had a sectional couch that was stuffed with feathers and had become very mis-shapen and sloppy looking. Frank made new foam cushions (reusing the old fabric) and also repaired the frame that was broken. Our four year old couch now looks like new. POOR customer service. Inquired about adding leather/pleather to back of recliner and sofa wedge. Frank said busy with "big order" so could not come out for estimate until following Wed, but I should call him to remind him. (Flag) I called Frank the following Mon & he arranged to come Tues instead of Wed. Realized afterwards he never got my address (Flag), so I left message on voicemail with address. Never showed up, nor called on either Tues or Wed. If he didn't want my small order, he should have said so in the beginning. I saw his business had 3 comments with 5 stars. I called about getting my couch fixed after a flood, and at first Frank seemed like he could and would do the job. Then he didn't call or show up when he said he would multiple times. After my initial call, whenever I call the business number it goes straight to voicemail but I can't leave a message. I text the number Frank gave me but never get a response. That's not only terrible customer service but just straight up terrible business. If you couldn't or didn't want to do my job, just be upfront and tell me that instead of leading me on with bullshit excuses. read more
