I used these guys initially because it was convenient as they are in the same business park but I continue to use them because of the quality of work and excellent communication. They did an amazing job on my mid century modern recliner and the seat of a vintage motorcycle, both were relatively difficult pieces to pull off but they stayed true to their original quote. read more

Our sectional that we had custom made many years ago by Krauses' Sofa Factory was worn and broken down. It was made to fit a specific space and we could not find a replacement that would work so decided to have it rebuilt and reupholstered. Stylon has mostly good reviews so we went with them. We are happy with how it turned out. We did share the experience of those who posted negative reviews in that it took a couple weeks longer than promised but over all are happy with the outcome. read more

Upholstered two chairs with Stylon was told it would take to 2 weeks took 6. Had to call to get any kind of updates. Owner is a very nice man but that will only take you so far. Stylon did nice upholstery work. When my chairs were delivered I did not receive the arm or head covers I had requested. Owner said he would do them and make me two pillows because I had been so patient with him. Did not hear from him so I called him a few weeks later, he apologized profusely and said he would get them to me. Did not hear from him again. I will not recommend Styling to friends or family. I read the other reviews. With that being said,I have no idea why I was treated so poorly. The experience is to long to go into. A three week job turned into literally 31/2 months. Each week promising to upholster my sofa and two chairs. My furniture was there literally 3 months with out being touched. Jose took our patience for granted. My husband and I went to pick up our furniture after the last promise ready or not. Unfortunately it was NOT!. With much apologies and admission of poor treatment we once again left our furniture. Long story short. I settled for poor craftsmanship on my sofa.wrong piping and exposed staples. The cushions and pillows for my chairs I took elsewhere to be finished. Once again Jose apologized. Apologies are worthless,when not followed by actions. I have never written a review before and this isn't written out of anger but frustration. read more

He did six dining room chairs satisfactorily, so I decided to get a three-piece sectional done, with leather. For various reasons he kept stalling, until finally we had a contract written up to which we both agreed. As an excuse, hecalled back after a day to say his supplier did not have enough leather, so he could not do the job. We asked him to shred the check ( 50% down ) and cancelled the contract. In my opinion, he as a businessman, should make positive estimations and do the job as contracted. Very poor business practices! read more
