Great service and reasonable prices. I needed the tops of my dining chairs reupholstered and at Lilly's they were able to reupholster them using the same type of fabric. I was very impressed that I proceeded to replace the tops of my chairs from a brand new kitchen table set to a fabric that was more kid friendly and much easier to clean. I will definitely be coming back for future reupholstering needs. The customer service is great, prices are reasonable, and the fabric selection is huge. read more

I dropped off two children's outdoor lounge cushions with Lily about a month ago to be reupholstered. When I dropped them off, I chose a fabric for the replacement. She told me that she has a lady that does patio furniture cushions and she would call me back with a quote. I said no problem but I needed the cushions back by the end of the month for a party. I never got a call for the price so I followed up. It was going to be $60 per cushion, which is expensive but I said ok as long as they were going to be done. She said it would take 2 weeks. Fast forward four weeks later, I called on Thursday for the status since I didn't hear from them. I was told they would be ready by Saturday sometime. So then I called on Saturday to make sure they were ready to be picked up and come to find out the lady only redid one of the cushions because she said she didn't have enough fabric. So after going back and forth with them, they said they will send me a picture to make sure it was the fabric that I chose because I told them that the spool of fabric I picked out was full and was more than enough for two children lounge chairs. Anyway they never sent me a picture or called me back so unfortunately that was the end of that. Sad. read more

Terrible terrible terrible. DO NOT HAVE ANY WORK DONE HERE! we took cushions and they said they would have them done in 1 week. It took almost a month to get them back and they didn't even have everything done! We kept calling and going there to see if they were done and they kept giving excuses. Finally when we got our stuff back, they charged us more saying that they needed to buy more material because the material we provided was "wrinkled". They never called us to approve this. The work they did do wasn't even that great- $120 for crap. If you're looking for somewhere to have something reupholstered, please pick somewhere else and don't give these people anymore business. read more

I know Lilly does great upholstery work but when I took my bedskirt in to have velcro put around the edge and make it to where it would eliminate having to lift the mattress and struggle putting the whole thing under the mattress, I never saw my bedskirt again. I took it in in December of 2016 and to date, 10 months later, and after many attempts and hearing many excuses, I still have not gotten my bedskirt back. I believe they lost it and do not admit to it. When I call them, they always tell me they'll call me right back, and I never hear from them. I go in person and I hear the same excuses, usually blaming the other lady they have taken it to to do the work. I believe they need to find a similar fabric, although that was part of a matching set to the rest of the bedding, and make me a new one without charge. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS. If they are going to continue to do business like that, I wouldn't recommend Lilly's Upholstery to anyone. I NEED MY BEDSKIRT BACK! I paid good money for the bedding set and now I can't even put it on my bed because it needs that bedskirt! read more
