In the one year that Jen and I have been dating, this place has improved and provided many fun days and nights. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and this past weekend they had the Lunar New Year celebration, with many additional pop-up vendors in the street (closed off for pedestrians). We enjoyed walking, talking and exploring all the additional vendors and also the people (and dog) watching was top notch. Judging by the crowd turnout, I would say that this was a successful event, and I hope they add more events like this going forward. Many great restaurants, shops, craft stores and plaza entertainment. Water fountains and train rides for the kids (and some adults too). Whether you come here to dine, shop or just hang out and enjoy the weather with others, this place is a solid choice.

Since I happened to be near this store today, I brought them in for a return. The employee in the picture, named Christina, rolled her eyes at me and said, "There's pet hair on these clothes--we can't accept the return." She had a disgusted expression on her face and even poked at my clothes with her finger. I get that the pet hair is my fault--I can clean it and bring it back another time--but was that kind of attitude really necessary?

You advertise "fast and free pickup" when ordering online, but customers picking up their orders…read moreare required to wait in the same line as everyone making purchases in-store. This defeats the purpose of promoting a "fast" pickup option when we still have to stand in a long checkout line. There should be a separate, clearly designated line for online order pickups so customers can quickly retrieve their orders without having to wait in the regular checkout line. This would make the pickup process much more efficient and actually align with the "fast and free pickup" you advertise.

Ok, just let me move into this TJ Maxx location, thanks…read more Every time I come to this particular location I always have a good experience, and always spend a little bit too much. Something I appreciate is that they are often changing their floor plan, and updating with new products to the extent that I might go one day early in the week and then by the end of the week whatever I was looking at might not be there anymore. The prices are always good, I have gotten furniture from this location, clothes, shoes, and plenty of decor for my home. Even though the lines are usually pretty long, especially during the holidays, this TJ Maxx in particular seems to be really efficient with their lines. I'm rarely waiting longer than five minutes. Plus, everyone is so sweet here and it's clean. I have even brought my pup here. This is by far my favorite TJ Maxx, and I have gone to many including out of state and in Los Angeles. The only thing I wish is that they had more higher and items (like shoes and bags), but otherwise it's perfect.
