Now that I bring them back because this happened he tells me that I only paid for 1/2 a sole and that he can't do anything. He quickly escalated his attitude and demeanor to be rude and a bit aggressive, I'm not a person to get argumentative so I got my shoes and walked out. As I was walking out and back to my car I could just hear him continuing insulting, cussing and being completely disrespectful, rude and aggressive. He may do some decent work on most shoes but consider that if your shoes have issues after he will not guarantee or even consider redoing any work he did horribly. After the way he responded and service he gave I will definitely not come back to this place.

En esa llamada, ella dijo que supuestamente me había dado $100 de más en cambio la última vez y que yo le debía $80. Fue la primera vez que mencionó algo así. Le expliqué que solo recibí $20 de cambio y le pedí pruebas, como un video. Dijo que iba a descargarlo, pero nunca me lo proporcionó. Después dijo que los videos se borran después de cierto tiempo. Si eso fuera cierto, ¿por qué no me lo dijo el mismo día que supuestamente pasó? Para empeorar la situación, al principio no querían entregarme las botas por ese supuesto "saldo", y tampoco querían darme el número del dueño de la tienda diciendo que estaba "ocupado" y que ya sabía de la situación, lo cual ni siquiera estoy segura que sea cierto. I also wanted to support a local small business and not just throw away perfectly good purses for minor repairs. He charged me $30 to "repair" a zipper on one purse and redo the edge of another purse. The zipper repair was so sloppy. It legitimately appears that he used crazy glue the end of and did some very sloppy stitching. Sure the zipper works again, but take some pride in your work. Didn't even bother hiding the stitching. The purse with the redone edge looked worse than it did originally. He completely butchered the PU and put the strap back on twisted around so it was not usable. I took this one back to be fixed because there was no way I had paid $15 to get a purse back that I couldn't even use the strap correctly. When I picked up the purses (the first time) he told me the purses were old as if that was an excuse for the shoddy repairs. He did repair the purse with the twisted strap without any additional fees/charges, but I doubt I'll take anything back here for repair. I love my Lily Bloom purses and it's only because they're hard to find nowadays that I chose to get them repaired. As it is, I ended up ordering a new one on eBay because I'm not sure the "repairs" are gonna hold up well over time and I'm still going to need a purse. Also, bring cash. He emphasized multiple times, he only works with cash. And you don't get a receipt either.

I requested a new sole replacement which included new laces & cleaning & oiling the leather as well for $120 on a $270 boot. I also want to address how the owner is old school. ( He barely knows what Yelp is lol) I read some reviews where he gives the impression of being rude, but he's just very honest & blunt straight to the point on whether or not he can accomplish the task & he explained to me personally how he won't sacrifice quality just to meet a customers last minute expedited request. With that being said the turn around was 3 weeks, which is okay, but he even showed me and explained as to why this process can be time consuming and the bonding of the boot cannot be rushed. I recommend due to quality & I will be bringing my boots here from now on.
