This was the first time in a very long time I've been to a laundromat and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, high quality commercial equipment and the employees who helped get a newbie started. Got all my laundry washed, dried in folded in less than two hours...amazing! Only mistake I made was not noticing that each of the larger washers could hold up to four baskets of laundry. Same goes for the dryers. They even have bigger washers and dryers, too! Very impressive and nice to know I've got a solid local laundry backup in MoVal.

When I picked it up, I discovered five separate snags on the fabric that were not there before. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially considering this was an important dress for a special occasion. I trusted this business to handle my garment with care, and unfortunately, it was returned to me damaged. While steaming itself was only $20, the cost is insignificant compared to the damage done to my dress. I would have appreciated honesty, accountability, or at the very least being informed if something happened while it was in their care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dry cleaner. I hope they take greater care with customers' garments in the future so others don't have a similar experience.

The gentleman in the morning is always helpful and on top of caring for the place. Machine size ranges, I use the really large machines to wash my comforters and blankets. It is in a rough area, the wonderers outside seem to be a bit crazy. The great service and cleanliness made it a great experience and I continue to go back.

You can load credit on the laundry card via a debit card, credit card, or cash. However, the minimum you can add is $10 which is frustrating. We added $40 to our card. There are different prices for different washers that you use single load, top load, and multiple loads. You load a washing card with money and use the card to start the machines. Cards are reusable and convenient cause you don't need to carry around a lot of change. I'll be back.
