Guy from Jeweler's Touch stood out in his quick responses and helpfulness. When we arrived that evening to speak to someone, Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. They want to help make happy customers who are looking for that perfect jewelry. We ended up getting my engagement ring resized (two babies later the ring didn't fit lol), fixed a diamond that fell out of my halo, and got a new solitaire ring (both the diamond and setting from pro gems)! While we were here we ended up getting all of our rings cleaned as well. (Yay, thank you to the hubby!) My husband and I can be quite picky when it comes to big purchases like this but you can see from the 5 star reviews here that Patrick comes off very accommodating but trustworthy. We felt the pricing was reasonable when comparing to online prices and you can get your setting customized here. He was not overly pushy but also gave honest feedback where needed. He recommended going with a bigger ring size than I thought I should go with but ultimately that was the right call given hands swell in the summer and there's no guarantee I'll lose weight (I was telling him I'm in the middle of losing weight lol... maybe too optimistic on my end?) I feel like that could be a sensitive topic for some women but he handled it well with light humor. The customized ring setting takes 3-4 weeks and resizing with fixing a diamond in the setting took about an hour. We came in unannounced the first time and Patrick invited us back the next weekend where he was able to show me the diamonds I wanted in the different carat sizes and cuts I wanted. I would highly recommend checking out Pro Gems and working with Patrick for any future engagement rings, anniversary rings, or any fine jewelry in general!!

I am a Sonny Angels collector and I was really excited to see that they sold an entire table full of unboxed Sonny Angel figures for around $10-15 (the actual retail price of one on the official website is $12.99), but upon further inspection, they looked really off and the skin tone looked more pink than its usual color. Thankfully, I had an authentic Sonny in my bag so I took it out to compare, and theirs were totally fake. The salesperson also told me they had more boxed Sonny Angels near the back and I was surprised to see that they had so much stock, including very popular and sold out series, but upon closer inspection, I realized those were also fake. Such a bummer for anyone that loves Sonny Angels and collects them. Please be careful if you decide to purchase from here!
