Such a nice group of employees who welcomed me, my mom, and my dog!! They had a huge selection of bags and were very helpful when we had questions. It was nice and clean inside and all the bags were displayed well. Parking is a bit tricky as it is Silverlake but you can park in the lot next door and walk to the plaza! read more

Baggu - Me and Cookie checking out the mirror inside the store! - Accessories Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Loved being able to shop for my baggu bag in person! The staff is super welcoming, friendly, and helpful and I think it's amazing to be able to save a little bit on shipping prices. The biggest issue for me was finding parking, and I found myself circling the nearby streets for a while before I could get a spot. Still, I had a good experience here and am glad that we have some baggu storefronts that have great stock and options available. read more

Baggu has one SoCal location and it is this one in Silverlake. To get here, street parking will be your best bet and there is a ton of it around the area. Inside, they have a nice setup with a good amount of products to look through. Wifey came for the Miffy reusable shopping bags and that is exactly what we bought. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Their items are reasonably priced for how reusable and sustainably made they are. read more

Was here for grand opening and recently. Easy to find what I needed. I was able to text to ask if they had the item I wanted. Parking can be a bit difficult but parked in the lot next door and was in and out under 10 mins. Lot charged like $3.00 for that amount of time. read more

I'm obsessed with Baggu and their unique and fun designs. Was super stocked to be able to visit a location in person and we had fun doing some shopping. The employees were all friendly and greeted us as we walked in. The store was clean, spacious, and the bags were easy to shop through (well organized). We all walked out with something, we bought: Two "Sunset Blvd" large totes One pink puffy glasses case One "lemons" set of three pouches One "Hello Kitty" set of three pouches Prices are reasonable and the quality is good. read more

The store itself is so cute and the layout is very easy to navigate, with each section being very distinct. The workers are very friendly, and I think some Baggu items aren't worth it, but some are. I got a shoulder bag and a glasses case, and I love them both! One star off for how horrendous the parking situation is around the area. I almost gave up on going. read more

Cute. I needed a fanny pack for a trip. They had a good sale rack and some other finery. Friendly people. It's in a cute minimall with fancy stuff. True to Silverlake. Baggu has some great creations. Great for gift shopping too. Thank you. read more

Honestly I'd rather shop online than walk into this store. The staff isn't friendly at all & they're always stuck on their phones.. also I don't appreciate being racially profiled. read more

As a BAGGU fan who enjoys browsing their collections online but always wishes I could see and feel their items before purchasing, I was so excited to learn a physical BAGGU store opened in LA. I came in the late afternoon on a weekday and there were still several other customers coming in and out of the store so I imagine this place definitely gets busy on weekends. They are located at Sunset Row in Silver Lake and while they do not have a dedicated parking lot, there is a lot of metered street parking on the same street and across that's available + free (though check parking restrictions) parking on the residential streets behind the store. The location itself is a small/medium sized space but every item was displayed and laid out for browsing, you can pick up pieces and try them on with several mirrors available. I wanted to check out their new extended strap crescent bags as I love my 1 medium crescent I have from them and was eyeing the new pink shade recently released. I am glad I went in person as the shade differed from what was displayed online (as can happen w/ pixel differences). The employees were very friendly, asking me if I needed any help, answering questions I had, and ultimately grabbing another bag (small nylon sling, black) from the back so that I didn't have to purchase the display one. They had virtually everything that I know about from their collections in stock and available to browse in person. They do not offer a bag for your purchase which I did find a bit strange but ultimately this isn't a huge deal. read more

Today was the first time i've been to this store. I've seen these bags online! There was such a wide selection of not only the crescent bags but all of their other products. The staff was super helpful and kind too. I'd definitely recommend coming here. This is also my first baggu and the amount of stuff that fits inside is insane! read more

As you walk in, to the store. You automatically feel a sense of calmness. With the cute display of their merchandise, so nicely organized. As the customer service is greeted with a hello and a smile! It always seems to take me back to when I was a little girl, so excited to see y'all hello Kitty, and all the different colors of purses, which has always been my favorite part of shopping and must I mention the prices are not to bad either. So next time you wanna get you a new purse, try out the baggu store in Los Angeles. read more

Staff greets you while looking down at their phone. I like that actually. The person I came in with however thought it was super rude. After asking "how are you" back at the register guy, he said he was trying to make it thru the day and I may have said "hope you do" back because I couldn't think of anything and he & his coworker shared a funny LOOK about it. At least wait til I'm out the store damn, y'all aren't subtle. Of course I'm going to return, you swear I want to wait for stuff to ship. Popping in is nice. read more

There is free parking a block from this place! It is a small store but there is a good amount of selection. I recommend signing up for baggu emails so you can get 10% off. The employees were friendly! read more

Workers are super friendly and can help with whatever you're looking for! The store itself is nicely organized and they have a huge selection of items- I'd say it's just like shopping online because they pretty much had almost everything. Even popular items that just came out. Parking is usually the only issue because it's located in Silverlake, so you just have to get lucky and find street parking! read more

Staff here are honestly so friendly and helpful. I was trying to find a new shoulder bag in a specific color and the staff walked with me throughout the entire process. The design of the store is so nice and aesthetic. Will be visiting again! read more

Love Baggu but staff do not foster a welcoming environment. Shop online for best experience.

Friendly and helpful I don't like the location doesn't have a number to call but great service read more

We received no greeting as soon as we walked into the store. I work retail and have had moments where I was not in the best mood while working, but this attitude at the store seems like it is a norm. When I went to purchase the bag I wanted, I asked a few questions and was met with a bland response like I should know what to expect. Once again, as a worker, you do not need to convince me to get a product, but I do expect some product knowledge or advice! Honestly, if this is the expectations that BAGGU has for their workers aka lazy, unenthusiastic, rude, and lacking product knowledge then maybe this purchase will be my last. I genuinely was excited to see the store and went in with the intent to buy a bag for my travels, but this type of stuff takes one away from a brand. Do better and teach your staff, it's not hard to do a job. read more

The store was super clean very well organized. I drove out to the store from the valley because I did not want to order online and it did not disappoint. There's a bathroom at a coffee shop down the way that is walking distance. read more

Today was my very first time I went into BAGGU's LA store. I was so excited because I wanted to splurge on a few reusables, pouches, and new bag. I went in a little bit after 12pm. The store was empty of customers which was good I was able to browse and look at everything I wanted. First and foremost the store is very cleaned and organized. The variety was ok-ish-- I wish they had more of the prints I was looking for in reusables. The reason for my mixed review was although the store was very nice and organized the customer service is underwhelming. The most communication we got from the staff was a greet walking in. Seeing we were the only customers in there with 4-5 girls behind the counter I found it odd that no one was on the floor or even bothered to ask if we needed help. The whole time I was shopping there all 4-5 employees were behind the counter laughing, talking amongst themselves or just leaning watching the other talk. It was so awkward. I felt super bummed because I was excited to get lots of stuff but the customer service really put me off and just left with one reusable bag. I've shared this with other customers on a BAGGU group online and they too have similar encounters at this location. I live in the Long Beach area and drove 50min to this location to be bummed about my experience just sucks overall. I'm happy to see other people haven't experienced this and I hope anyone else goes has a more positive and different experience from mine. read more
