I don't usually write reviews however I felt like after reading some reviews i'm not the only…read moreperson who feels this way. I called to ask for a rough estimate for a very simple repair on my vintage Australian UGG boots. The sole was completely intact and had simply separated, so I was only looking for a basic re-glue, not a resole. I understood that they might need to see the shoes in person for an exact price, but I was hoping for an estimate. Instead, the conversation became unnecessarily uncomfortable. I was repeatedly interrupted while explaining what I needed, and the tone of the conversation felt very condescending. At one point, when I explained that I wanted the boots repaired as soon as possible, he commented that it was summer and then brought up having Chanel boots in the store, which felt completely irrelevant to what I was asking and just bizarre?? Almost like he was trying to show off his customers shoes. I was eventually quoted $25 for the re-glue which was also insane but after the way I was treated on the phone, I decided not to bring my shoes in. I understand that a business may need to see an item before giving an exact quote, but there was no reason for a simple pricing inquiry to turn into such an uncomfortable interaction. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won't be returning.

I came in here looking to buy some scraps for a few projects I'm working on. The shop is run by a couple and their son. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by them and helped immediately. I dug through their scrap pile (which is actually organized by thickness and roughly by color), and found some good pieces. They didn't have one color I was looking for, so the owner offered to cut some for me. I didn't need a giant piece, so he cut me some smaller pieces and gave me a great deal. He even spent some time to go over the thickness and tell me the difference between different leathers. The scraps came out to $8 a pound, and the cut leather was $10 for 3 pieces roughly the size of standard printer paper, with varying thicknesses. Thanks Adrian! I'll definitely be coming back for all my leather needs.

3 REASONS: lotsa discount events + NO EXTRA FEES upon delivery for Canada + relatively fast…read moreshipping = yay!! I have made 3 orders from this site and they were all smooth and I got to save A LOT on COD (for Canada) because they use USPS. Wooo! First order -- a strappy bra thing. Super cheap cause I wanted to test them out first. Second order -- the most amazing platform wedges that were on sale for $12!!! They arrived in perfect condition with NO extra handling/etc fees even though they came in a box! Totally wasn't expecting that. Wears is alright. A bit on the heavy side but quality is decent -- about ALDO-level quality. Third order -- knock-off version of the One Teaspoon "Eagles Shadow Bikini" which details for $120 on Nastygal and was selling on GoJane for $30. I'm a 32C and took a gamble and ordered M/L instead of S/M and thank GOD I did. The material is not amazing compared to the One Teaspoon version but for $30, I'm way happy. Fourth order -- after my last order, GoJane sent me a 40% off coupon! Why they decided to do this now and never before, I have no idea but I just used it on these lace-up cut-out boots that look exactly like mid-level designer ones I've seen on NastyGal. With discount, shoes were under $20. Plus they sent me follow-up e-mails to make sure that I received my orders. I mean, if I hadn't, I don't know how helpful the e-mails would have been... but I did! So yay. ~~PROS~~ - constant discounts -- things get dirt cheap if you wait for their 50-60% off events - fast shipping with tracking -- I got my order in 10 days, which is faster than most sites whose warehouses are closer. (I live in Toronto.) - no COD for Canada, no handling fees for boxes!! - cute styles!! I think they are actively plagiarizing NastyGal... I used to not like this about GoJane but now I'm like, whatever cause I've been pissed at NG lately for suddenly changing the shipping to Canada to DHL without warning and punishing us previously loyal customers with HUGE customs fees that you ONLY get with DHL. ~~CONS~~ - cheap material but honestly, so is half of NastyGal. What you're paying for there is the photographer and brand, which admittedly, is pretty badass. - shipping is expensive Looking at the reviews here, I justed wanted to add a positive one because I know it's mostly those with bad experiences who bother to write reviews. Online shopping always carries the risk that your package will be lost, which really sucks and I feel for all the people who feel scammed because of that.. I'd be pissed, too! I've been shopping online for 6-7 years and I've never had a lost package so it's just luck. ~~In Conclusion~~ I like this site because it is HONEST with its prices. What you see, which can look cheap, is what you get. It DESCRIBES itself as "cheap"... can't get more real than that, yo. Giving it 4/5 just cause I don't think most of the clothes are worth the original price... but like, I feel like clothes that are imported are never worth their full-price... no matter what the brand is. I also LOVE the fact that my packages appear in my mailbox... never a slip telling me to pay $298374 at the post office to pick it up as with sites that use DHL... *forever side-eyeing Nastygal*

Clothes is pretty good for the price however, you do have to read the reviews and what the material is made of. Some items can be sheer. That red top in my pic was ordered from there as well that white dress in my pic lol. The shoes are also great for the price. Gojane always have good sales "up to 70% off". However, if you do see something you want make sure you get it or it will be sold out. Out of all of my orders I've only retuned one dress, they don't refund they only do store credit and its sent to you in an Email. So, you have to keep an eye on that. So far I have received all of my items in in great condition except for some glasses that arrived bent, and I got a credit for all I had to do was send a pic. I will forever be an gojane shopper lol

This place is fairly large, plenty of name brand shoes w/ so many sizes & styles. All I'm looking for is some snazzy dressy-type of shoes that are super comfortable. I'm on my feet more than 12 hrs per day at work & wear tennis shoes with insoles from Road Runner Sports from Torrance... so what I want is more of comfort vs style/design. Prices are competitive, good value. I like that there's no high pressure sales person breathing down my neck, free to roam. There are free try-on (hosiery material) socks available, too, which I appreciate. At checkout, Wylie helped me out. She had a bit of problem accessing my very old gift card so a manager had to get involved--she was gracious & effective. I additionally used an American Express gift card I received for Christmas 2023-so I didn't pay a single cent for this transaction, 2 pairs of sandals for $103.29 (one pair was 30% off) All in all, it was a good experience even as I moaned & groaned about finding ones that fit well (wide width, a bit limited but better than most places) without causing pain, looked decent on my not-so-pretty feet & a good value. Highly recommend this store
