Prices are average for an outlet mall and sometimes they have good deals around holidays. With that said, the mall definitely shows its age. The building feels outdated, and it could really use some renovations to make it a more enjoyable place to shop. The biggest downside, unfortunately, was the cleanliness. During my visit, I noticed rats in the rafters, which was pretty off-putting and made the overall experience less comfortable. Overall, the variety of stores is the mall's biggest strength, but the aging condition and pest issues keep it from being a place I'd visit often. Hopefully management invests in some much-needed improvements.

I will say that it's unfortunate that their CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE. When I walked in there was three employees just standing there, nobody greeted us and nobody asked to help. I was searching for something on my own and when I narrowed it down to 2 bags that's when I was finally approached by a nice middle aged woman named Amy who grabbed the purse I wanted and found a matching wallet for me. Employees need to be trained to provide SOME sort of customer service--that's the entire job. Because of this I'd probably buy my next purse at another location. I was here yesterday and found great parking by Macys and hardly a walk to all the things we wanted to go to. It's really pretty here during the Holidays and I like that they blocked off some streets so people could walk a bit more freely. My favorite is coming on a Saturday or Sunday morning before the crowds start and enjoying a coffee and walking around. However, one concern that has become more noticeable over the past year is the lack of enforcement on the main streets. There are frequently vehicles speeding through busy areas where families and children are walking, and many drivers seem more focused on showing off how loud their cars are than driving safely. It's not uncommon to hear multiple cars revving their engines within just a few minutes. This creates a very unsafe environment and takes away from what should be a welcoming community space. Increasing police presence, even for short periods of time, would make a noticeable difference and help deter this behavior. I truly believe Victoria Gardens is a great place, but addressing this issue would go a long way in keeping it safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Unfortunately, she was one of the rudest customer service workers I've ever encountered. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but the way she treated me was very rude. Honestly, someone with that attitude should not be working in customer service, especially at a Disney store. When I went up to the register, I was talking with my daughter about the Minnie Bunny promotion where you can get the plush for $16 with a purchase. I mentioned to my daughter that maybe we shouldn't get it because it says "Disney Store 2026" on Minnie's foot. My daughter jokingly said, "That's your sign not to get it." Out of nowhere, Joanne jumped in and said in a very irritated tone, "You're at the Disney STORE so of course it's going to say store." Her tone sounded annoyed and almost angry, which was strange because I wasn't even speaking to her or asking for her opinion. I calmly responded that I had other reasons, and she continued by saying, "When you go to Disneyland it will say 'land.'" The way she said it came across extremely rude. Later she held up the Minnie plush and asked very bluntly, "Do you want it?" I said no, that it was fine. When I went to pay, I tapped my card and asked if the payment went through. She replied with a snarky tone, "I don't know, I'm not on that side--read it." That's when I realized that she was just being mean for no reason. I stayed quiet, waited for her to restart the payment, and finished my purchase. I grabbed my bag and left feeling pretty annoyed. Looking back, I wish I had said something, because no customer deserves to be treated that way. If someone is having a bad day, I understand--but that doesn't mean taking it out on customers and ruining their experience. I was polite the entire time, and there was no reason for the attitude. The company should really speak with her so she understands the importance of being kind to customers. One day that kind of behavior could easily upset the wrong person. Her overall presentation and attitude clearly showed that she was unhappy, and unfortunately it made what should have been a fun Disney visit a negative experience.
