I came on a Wednesday morning and it was probably a smart thing. I didn't see anyone in line and there weren't many people inside. Although I did have to wait, it helped because I was able to ask questions before walking in to the person working the line. She called one of the staff members over to help, and Lucy came to get me and guide me in. I hadn't visited this store before, but I knew what I was looking for, since I had been browsing the internet. Lucy was able to help me look for the right purse for my wife, and she also called someone over to help me with picking out some sandals as well. Once I picked out the sandals I went back to Lucy to help me pick out a "popular" purse that matched the sandals. She showed me the purse, but they didn't have any black ones in stock. Lucy was willing to look in the back and found one still wrapped in plastic. I couldn't tell you which purse it was I just took her word for it when she told me it was a popular purse. This review is for Leo and Leo alone. Every time I walk into this store, NOBODY pays attention to me. Nobody asks me if I need any help, and when I'm walking around, nobody bothers to ask if I'm doing ok. I will grab something, and the associates just walk on by. Beware of the very short return policy. I bought my wife a pair of shoes she wanted. She tried them on at home and immediately said the fit and pain she felt wouldn't work for her. She tried returning them on day 15 and they absolutely refused stating they had a "no exception" 14 day return policy even though the website says 30 days with no difference states between regular store and "outlet" stores. Came to this mall for Black Friday weekend. I hadn't been to Ontario Mills in years and boy has it grown and changed. Quick tip - Do not go when it's a holiday weekend. I went late Black Friday and TB had lines outside the store until 10pm. Screw that! My mom and I came back on Black Saturday and stood in line for 20 mins before the store opened. At 10am, we were the first group of customers in the store. I was with my mom from 10-1230pm shopping inside TB. We tried on so many pairs of shoes, it's ridiculous, but the staff that was helping us were really friendly and attentive. Sure they were busy, but they really went above and beyond to be sure that each customer had their sizes. Unfortunately, our sizes were not available, and we ended up with many pairs of flip flops. They have a 40% off sale during their holiday specials, which is the most discounted prices I've seen, so definitely take advantage. And also stock up on the flip flops! So comfy!!! Go a size up. I wear a 6, but wear a 7 flip flop. I have purchased several bags and scarfs and they are very stylish and traditional. I like the smaller cross body bags that can fit my wallet and phone and these typically run about $125. The bags don't come with dust bags anymore. BOO! read more

I bought a pair of leopard print heels on a Monday and after one day of wearing them, they had a hole in the toe! Since I was in love with these shoes, I took them back to the store (they were clearance so "final sale") to see if I could exchange them because obviously that is a quality issue. The hole was from the toe peeling. Not an actual puncture. I'm not sure who the manager was that I spoke to but she was incredibly rude. She said she would not do anything for me and that it wasn't a quality issue, it was my fault for wearing them. Uh.. what? After an 8 hour work day at a desk job? I think not. We waited 30 mins in line prior to the location opening only to then wait an additional 45 mins to be allowed in the store due to there being a 13:7 staff to shopper ratio!!!! I'm all for keeping us all safe but this was just overkill in my opinion. There were more staff attempting to be busy (some even completed breakfast and lunch runs) then checking out customers (envision a line similar to that when at a theme park). Idk what all the other review writers are talking about good customer service. One manager and sale associate was very rude. Before entering the store there were two associates standing outside and they made sure to tell me the shoe department is closed and the rest of the store would be closing in 15 minutes. I figured that to HAVE NOT been a proper greeting but I thanked them for the info and stepped in but when inside the manager told me "we're closing in 15 minutes so pick what you want." Very good customer service. I bought my Purse about a month ago but there was a defective button that broke off after using the bag three times. I was devastated though after speaking with one of the managers she was nice enough to tell me if I bring my defective product she will take a look at the issue and then will figure out what to do next. Possibly a new purse or direct me to the right direction. I came in the same day and got the name of the person who I spoke on the phone with. As soon as I got to Tory burch she recognized me once I said her name and she was really nice and took a look at my purse with the defected button and gave me a new purse. However they had several in stock my my purse had no other damages due to little wear and minor wear. Be aware that the rude cashiers might memorize your personal information! Protect yourself ! I was asked phone numbers when paying, and I refused to give because I got a lot of robocalls/scam calls recently. Then the cashier said: I remembered your phone number! What the hell? She just said she memorized my number? I do not even know who she is! I asked her name, and she replied: I am not giving my name! This is a legal issue, a person who refused to tell me her name knows my numbers! Too scared to leave personal information with them, I do not know what they do with mine! I think it is inappropriate to collect customers info especially when they can't guarantee their employee training qualification! *This review is based on my experience here on black Friday only* I was here for black Friday (well technically Thursday night since black Friday starts early at Ontario Mills). The line was literally out the door but I stood in line anyway because I thought it was going to go by quickly like the Nike store. I was severely wrong. The line itself took 2 hours! I wish there was an indicator of how long we had to wait because no one in line thought it was going to take that long. They weren't moving the line at all and I watched the person at the door let in 1 person every 10-15 minutes. The store itself was the smallest Tory Burch store I have ever seen. Usually Tory Burch establishments are very impressive but this one was quite disappointing. While the staff members in the shoe section were quite patient with the customers, the rest of the staff members did not offer any help at all, compared to the other store associates from Michael Kors. The purse selections were minimal and not impressive. It was about 500 dollars for a mediocre looking purse so I recommend going to the shoe section instead. I got the black flats for about 125 dollars (40 percent off from the original price). Was it worth the 2 hour wait? Probably not but I am happy with my purchase at the end of the day. read more

I really don't understand why Tory Burch was the ONLY store that made me wait in line to get inside their store today. The store wasn't even as occupied as Coach or the other stores. I saw 3-5 people walking out of a half empty shop and the dude in the front stops me and says they reach capacity -.- are u kidding me? So as I saw more people walking out I figured he'd let me in and he still stops me and says they're over capacity -.- if an half empty shop is over capacity then I don't know what stores like kate spade, michael kors, or coach are. This is only a review of the Ontario store. I went in this morning and ended up finding a pair of flats and a crossbody. I went to purchase my items and the cashier refused to run my card. I lost my previous debit card and I'm currently using a temporary card that my bank issued to me until my new card comes in. Obviously, it's a temporary card and it doesn't have much name on it but i do use a PIN number for purchases. I was basically accused of stealing the card and humiliated in the store! I asked to speak with a manager and the cashier turned out to be a manager who repeated very loudly that she has no way of knowing if I stole this card. It's my card!! I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service! It's a shame that Tory Burch allows such horrible people to work for them. I filed a formal complaint with corporate, and now I'm waiting to hear back. This manager deserves to be fired! read more

My review for the Ontario mills store, i was a loyal customer to this store but recently I noticed that the service became so bad .it takes too long to get you your size . The signs mentioning shoes on sale 50% off and after waiting more than 20 mins to get my size and at the cashier I found the total price higher than I expected , I was told it's only 40% off and yes we are aware of the sign but it is 40% off only. I asked for the manager and I told him that by law you have to sell it for 50% off , his name was Albert , he refused and said No and he even refused to move the shoes to another shelf. This is clearly just a bad marketing gimmick to get people interested and it backfired on me. I asked the cashier at the Gap Outlet across the way and apparently they ALWAYS MAKE YOU LINE UP ... even when there are only 5 customers in the store. I guess the air in there is just too precious for us normal people. I complained to the manager and was told that the fire department only lets 45 people in the store at a time, which I think is bull, because have you seen how many people are in Michael Kors in the same mall all the time? Anyway she was super rude and I know the other people in line with me felt the same way. This Tory Burch sells their items at discounted prices. I wouldn't call them an "outlet" even though they are located inside the Ontario Mills Outlet mall, mainly because I think their quality on their handbags are better quality than what you would normally find at other outlet stores. You can easily find a decent bag for about 40% - 60% off the listed price. I don't recommend coming here on weekends or holidays. The line gets pretty long because they only allow a limited amount of customers to go inside the store. I live close by so I come early in the morning when they first open and the store is usually near empty, just like how I like to shop. I give three stars because it is Tory Burch, where their logo resembles my initials :). Aside from that, the people who works here are very nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their products and eager to assist me when needed. However, the negative 2 stars goes to the other shoppers that comes here. I don't know what it is with Ontario Mills that attracts such ghetto people, but they really have no manners. I was once shopping here and this couple, along with their 2 bratty children, were really getting on everyone's nerves. The kids were about 13 or 14 years of age but they were running around the store, getting the new hangbags and throwing it at each other and on the ground. The sales person kept telling them to stop running but the parents totally ignore them and allowed the kids to do what they wanted. It was SUCH a bad experience for me because my baby was happily letting me shop while sleeping in her stroller but the dumb kids kept running by my stroller and tripping over it on purpose. Look parents...please control those monkeys of yours when you're out shopping. It isn't the sales ladies' job to baby sit your children while you go shop for a handbag. This didn't just happened once. It seems like a lot of times I go there, the shoppers are just rude and impatient. Kids are always let loose like they're at a zoo. I have children of my own and they DO NOT act like this in public. For this reason, I can't give 4 or 5 stars for this location because my shopping experiences weren't always great.
