I got me a terrific deal all for a total of less than $100.... Couldn't believe, I only spent $90 on 2 items (black flat shoes & black polka-dotted sweater) It was practically a steal!!! The remaining $10, they had to put on a gift card for future use. The sales clerk couldn't even believe her eyes when she rang up the sale. This Tory Burch sells their items at discounted prices. I wouldn't call them an "outlet" even though they are located inside the Ontario Mills Outlet mall, mainly because I think their quality on their handbags are better quality than what you would normally find at other outlet stores. You can easily find a decent bag for about 40% - 60% off the listed price. I don't recommend coming here on weekends or holidays. The line gets pretty long because they only allow a limited amount of customers to go inside the store. I live close by so I come early in the morning when they first open and the store is usually near empty, just like how I like to shop. I give three stars because it is Tory Burch, where their logo resembles my initials :). Aside from that, the people who works here are very nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their products and eager to assist me when needed. However, the negative 2 stars goes to the other shoppers that comes here. I don't know what it is with Ontario Mills that attracts such ghetto people, but they really have no manners. I was once shopping here and this couple, along with their 2 bratty children, were really getting on everyone's nerves. The kids were about 13 or 14 years of age but they were running around the store, getting the new hangbags and throwing it at each other and on the ground. The sales person kept telling them to stop running but the parents totally ignore them and allowed the kids to do what they wanted. It was SUCH a bad experience for me because my baby was happily letting me shop while sleeping in her stroller but the dumb kids kept running by my stroller and tripping over it on purpose. Look parents...please control those monkeys of yours when you're out shopping. It isn't the sales ladies' job to baby sit your children while you go shop for a handbag. This didn't just happened once. It seems like a lot of times I go there, the shoppers are just rude and impatient. Kids are always let loose like they're at a zoo. I have children of my own and they DO NOT act like this in public. For this reason, I can't give 4 or 5 stars for this location because my shopping experiences weren't always great. One of the associates said something to the effect of why are they in here and I clearly heard" Oh sometimes people just want to look". One male associate came along side of us and started fixing a small purse that was perfectly fine but I think he was watching us at this outlet. I decided not to purchase a purse from this outlet location after this. If I could give zero stars I would. I've been a loyal customer of Tory Burch and I'm so disappointed to have experienced such terrible service. I came to this store early to avoid the crowd. I asked for my size for 2 pair of shoes and after waiting 30 minutes in a not so busy store, I asked what the status of my shoes were. The salesperson, said she couldn't find my request and had to re-request them again. She blamed it on a "glich" in their system and my request may have been deleted. Smh. In the meantime the original salesperson, has serviced other customers while seeing me sit here patiently waiting for my shoes. Finally, the other salesperson approached me and said she would check on my shoes. After, another 30 minutes, I finally got my shoes! Don't come here unless you expect sub-par service. read more

They have FALSE ADVERTISING! Outside there's a long line to get attention that they're having a big sales, 40% off. When you go inside, they have signs for Additional 25% or additional 40%. The big issue is that they do give you the 40% off because everything on sale, however, regarding the additional signs, they honor the additional 25% but the signs with additional 40%, they don't honor it. They said it means the whole store is 40%. Then, they shouldn't put signs that says additional 40% if they don't honor it. I SHOP a lot and I know when they're deceiving people or plain good sale. And really the 40% is not a great sale because they hike up the price to original. Before I purchased a purse here and it was red tag plus additional 30% and it was a really good price. read more

Worst customer service experience I've ever received. I went in to get some small gifts and they told me their policy is I can't get more than 5 of each item. I said ok no problem, waited 25 minutes in the store for them to check my "profile", after asking for my full name, physical address, email address, phone #, birth date, etc. (is that even legal??) 2 associates cleared me to go to the register and pay. Waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told I can't purchase any of the items but 1. Are you serious? Since when is it a crime to purchase multiples? Unlike some of the other negative reviews, I've had nothing but good experiences at this store. Employees are attentive and professional. I've been there about three times this month, once to buy a purse that I quickly realized was too big and impractical for me. Exchanged it for one I like and also bought a crossbody purse and earrings. I'm thrilled with my purchase and plan to go back again. This outlet location of Tory Burch is decent if you catch a good sale with quality items. It seemed that black bags were scarce because apparently they're a fan favorite. As well as the leather wallets and accessories. The key to any great shopping experience is to be in the right place at the right time. I received a $50 gift card from Tory Burch for my birthday. I went to the Ontario Mills Outlet to use it. I get to the register and the sales girl rang up my items, I then showed her the email only to be told that I cannot use the $50 gift card because it cannot be combined with any other offers. I said while it isn't noted on here, so the manager rudely takes my phone and shows me where, I was so mad at this point and the sales girls said, everyone that comes in with the birthday gift card gets really upset...Really?? Then maybe something needs to be done. So then the manager rudely said to me while you could buy one of our fragrances. Really? I didn't drive an hour to the outlet for a fragrance when I get it at the regular store. The manager then said, I don't make the rules!! NOW I AM PISSED!!! So I decided to send an email and of course days go by and nothing. Mind you, you cannot get a hold of corporate office. You have to deal with the online customer service. So I finally speak with someone and they told me I had to deal with the outlet direct. I told them according to the manager it isn't there decision if the are able to take the gift card. UGH, so I was told the General Manager would contact me. A few days go by and I hear from her (missed her call) She then sent an email saying she would try back as my voicemail was full....I still haven't heard back from her and that was on the 7th of this month. The store has a lot of selections, and they have most of sizes of shoes selections. Even if they can not find the size you want, the staff would try best to find other size for similar design. I have been wearing Tory Burch shoes for 4 years, and they are comfortable and match with every style. My last flat last for 2 years, and I love it. The male staff was so patient with me, because I want 6.5 and they only had 6 for the classic look flat. However, he helped me found 6.5 for similar design. I really appreciate his time and patient, because I tried for 6 shoes, and finally found the shoes I like. There were so many customers inside the store, but they try to accommodate with each customer. The only down side of the store was Chinese tourists. They were loud and they might bump to you when you try to shopping. Overall I like this store, because good price and good customer service. I will recommend my friends to come, but probably come a little bit early when it's not packed! read more

If you are looking for 100% customer satisfaction, this is the place to be. I love the quality, comfort, and designs of their shoes and bags as well as the reasonable prices after applying the discounts (so worth it!). Most of all I am always very pleased with the way I am treated by the staff every time I go there which is pretty often. Someone greets me as soon as I walk in (some of them call me by my name already) and every person I come in contact with (from the Gen. Mgr. to the Store Mgr to the Sales Associates) is always warm, friendly, attentive, helpful with suggestions, and very patient with my questions and requests. I also had to call a few times to check on availability of an item and each time I got the same great service. They are also very accommodating when it comes to returns or any issue you may have. I wish I have all their names but for now I want to special mention Jennifer (awesome!), Adrian (friend!) Jessica, Arnie, and Cruz. They are one good reason why I keep coming back! read more
