They are able to answer questions right away when needed so it saves me the trip of actually driving there sometimes. Selection: theres some options and variety but I personally don't think it has many options compared to if you were to shop at Rave Wonderland which I get since its a smaller and newer rave store. But I still ended up buying new rave clothes from this store! I think the quality of the clothes is pretty good cause Ive had no issues so far when it comes to the fabric of the rave clothes. Don't consider ordering from this company online or any of their "sales" I ordered demonias on November 9th... it's December 27th still no shipping update. I've been EXTREMELY patient with this company MULTIPLE times. Constantly reaching out asking for updates. Not only did I not get any clear answer the responses were rude. My last message was sent to them today asking for a refund considering it's been going on 2 months for a wait on the boots. Store hours need an update or at least some signage. Drove 2.5 hours on our way to Coachella to pick up some last minute outfits. Got there a little before 1pm and store was closed. Hours on the website and Instagram stated they were open. Waited another 15 mins but then decided to leave. If I would've know the store wasn't going to be open, I would've just stopped at Rave Wonderland which was closer to me (1 hour away) and which I know would be open the hours they stated. This company is going out of business, and if they ever do open up again, I strongly advise you to save your money and DO NOT order online or just in general. I ordered Demonia boots online on October 3rd because they were promoting a boots sale, and if I ordered within a timeframe, I would get them before Escape 2024. I paid for the boots + shipping via Zelle and was promised they would be dropped off to me within that week. I never got an invoice, which she promised before ordering. The owner could not drop them off to me by that date, and she ensured they would be dropped off a couple of days later. Long story short, 4 weeks pass, and I'm blowing her up, making arrangements to pick them up in-store, and trying to work with her so she can ship them in time. I ended up requesting a refund for lack of communication on her end. She did refund me but sent me a refund on Apple Pay. I don't even use Apple Pay and my bank requested a $3 transfer fee. The business lacks customer service skills and customer satisfaction. The owner needs better business ethics and makes online ordering arrangements that aren't even guaranteed. She didn't even know which boot I ordered and what size I ordered when I tried to pick them up in person... I drove all the way out there just for her to say they wouldn't arrive until tomorrow. There are so many other small businesses that actually care about their customers and ensure they are taken care of, especially in the EDM scene. For a company to use PLUR as a way to promote their business, they have disrespected my time, communication, and consideration. read more

Great job for putting a shop like this on the map in the 909 (despite the objection to many neighboring business). Inventory gets refreshed based on music festivals coming up. Gear for girls and guys. Reasonably priced. Good sized selection. Pick out pieces already to go, or mix and match for your perfect fit. This business needs to post their correct hours on Google. I arrived at 1:35, exactly 35 minutes AFTER the store says it's scheduled to open Thursdays, and it was still not open. No hours are posted on the door, which to me is a clear tell this business is run by people who show up at random hours of the day. I really would've loved to browse and possibly shop here because I was informed they carry plus size options, but unfortunately the lack of open doors and misinformation about sales hours turned me off completely. read more

I usually buy all my rave outfits and accessories from this store. I supported since they had their location in Upland. Recently I placed an online order, and paid for express shipping. I reached out when I didn't get any updates for over a week. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 3 weeks before I decided to dispute with my bank for not receiving what I paid for, even after I reached out asking for updates. Early Saturday morning the owner texted my number confronting me about the dispute and then proceeded to BLOCK ME when I tried replying. Do with this information as you wish. read more

Don't ever order online from this place. These people will give you a run around. They don't follow their shipping policy. I ordered boots for Nocturnal on Aug 23...barely got them Sep 13 if I hadn't picked them up which what is even the point of having an online store. That chick that "runs" the business told me I would get them on time and would be delivered Sep 11. Hardly responds to messages and gives horrible customer service. Doesn't even have proper etiquette on answering the phone which is probably her personal number but has it listed on google. Doesn't even have the decency of a "sorry for the inconvenience" excuse. They have all kinds of apparel and some other cool things for your night out to a EDM Festival or Rave. The store owners are always nice and pleasant. They will always greet and welcome you. The prices range depending what you are looking for and the style. They have a sale rack too. I have came back a couple of times to purchase an outfit. And I will be coming back soon. read more

The rave box has definitely grown since their first store and still have some of the most affordable prices compared to other known rave stores. Definitely didn't like the whole drama between them and the city, personally wouldve said f%ck this city and moved on & kinda weird that they're partying like crazy now, yet they were using the "this is what we do for our living, bills, we have a new born" . But I guess that has nothing to do with the merch itself. Overall, I'd give a 3.5/4. It's worth the trip if you're in the area , can definitely fill the store with more items. I don't normally post scathing reviews about businesses but the customer service at this store is terrible. I was supposed to pick up an online order at this store, but because they are a bit inconsistent with their hours I called ahead Friday during their business hours to make sure they were open before making the drive there. No answer 3x. I decided not to make the drive since it's 40 mins from my home. Saturday I called back, no answer. Called once again and the girl answering the phone said that they were closing early but opening early Sunday (at 11) to make up for it. I showed up Sunday (today) and waited around for half an hour before they opened at 11. 11 came and went and they didn't open. At 11:15 I called, no answer. At 11:35 I called again and the same girl picked up, and very rudely told me she doesn't need to give me a reason as to why she told me the wrong time the day before. Their instagram page, google page and what they say over the phone don't line up at all. Huge waste of my time. They made it clear they don't want good business so I won't be shopping here.
