This is my favorite spot in downtown Upland to shop, they have horror items, wide variety of shirts, pins, Funkos(Elvis, MJ, movie ones), stickers, figures, and my favorite the purses and wallets and yes they have loungefly(and for me they are reasonably priced) the have patches and posters, incense and some pretty cool looking holders for them and they have items for your fur babies too. It's run by a mom and son, they are the neatest down to earth people, my husband and I have talk with about concerts and Creepy Con which they go and have a booth there. it seems like a common occurrence where people feel unwelcome or like they're stealing when they come here, more specifically POC. I came here with my boyfriend and felt weird looking at anything, didn't greet us or say goodbye. i've purchased a poster here before because they do have a good selection for good prices, but unsure of coming back because I feel a bit uncomfortable with the atmosphere. read more

Stumbled across this gem off of a TikTok video. We were really inspired to decorate our home with a touch of classic horror films. The price is unbeatable, each poster measures 24x36 and is only $8!! They have a variety of stickers, patches, mugs, pins, tee shirts, wallets, purses and so much more! Today I went back to pick up a couple of more posters to complete our living room decor - I had the honor of meeting the owner, Brenda, she really went above and beyond by providing the best customer service. First and foremost I don't want to invalidate other people's possible experiences, but I do want to say I believe those experiences are VERY unlikely. Especially coming from accounts that rarely review it seems suspicious. It's disappointing to see such negativity because Brenda and Eric are genuinely two of the sweetest business owners I've ever met. They not only own the store but they work in there every single time they are open. It's rare to see owners actually work every single shift but both of them do! When I first met both of them, they were beyond kind and welcoming to me. Because of that, I am a consistent and returning customer. As a Black woman I have experienced plenty of places that have profile me. Brenda and Eric didn't do that to me at all when I first visited the store. I felt welcomed, safe and happy being in their store... that's why I'm a consistent customer. Being a consistent and returning customer, I have seen A LOT. From loud and rude customers coming in, to people spilling their coffees on the floor, to teenagers coming in and only having enough money to buy a sticker, to families discovering this store for the first time. And guess what? Brenda and Eric treat each customer with the same amount of kindness. It doesn't waver. Even if a customer is rude and deserves it, they keep on being the kind people they are. And that is beyond amazing customer service. The selection at Stardust Alley is out of this world! From TOTS masks, to pins, to tees, figurines, funkos, stickers and more! There's so much here for you to choose from. If you're a horror lover or a music fan, this is the store for you! The pricing is also extremely fair. Service is never good the lady always working seems like she dislikes her job and I always think and say why would you continue to work your 9-5 job if you dislike it so much. But anyways she's unprofessional seems careless and reading the other reviews makes me feel better then I'm not the only one who experiences this everytime they enter this store prices are always so high too and I don't have a problem with spending money but you can find the items they have on eBay for half off what they have it for. If you ever by down town I recommend you never stop at this store and avoid it. Not to mention they have screen on prints tees that are worth 25$ or more which realistically cost 10$ or less to make.
