We're so lucky there's a 3 Day Suit Broker close to where we live. We were able to find a suit for my husband for our friend's wedding. The woman helping us was very nice and knowledgeable. We got a suit jacket, pants and purchased a white button up shirt. They also offer in house tailoring which is really convenient and only took a week to be done. I wasn't sure how much the tailoring would cost and didn't know until we were about to pay, so just wish there was a bit more transparency with that. In this case, the man who assisted me could tell my size immediately by looking at me. I found a great suit in just a few minutes. I also needed a shirt, and again, he was able to find a perfect shirt immediately. Tailoring of the pants and sleeves was completed right on time. It fits perfectly. I went in because i needed some new suits for a new job. I was immediately greeted by Halla and asked if i needed help with anything or looking for anything specific. I chose 2 colors and told me to try them on in the fitting rooms. She asked for the tailor to come and get some measurements for me. This was on a wednesday and she let me know that everything will be ready by the next wednesday. I came in, tried on my suits and everything fit perfect. If i could rate this place a ZERO I would. I walked in and was greeted by a female wearing fuzzy house slippers. Once I found just the jacket I needed turns out she charged me $180 plus $30 for altering the sleeves AND $3 transaction fee for using credit card. Ridiculous. Rip off !!!!!!!!! This place is not that big in variety like I thought. We were super excited until arrival. Not too big in customer service either. They stare more then help. We purchased a bow for my fiancé's suit. Excited to try on different suits and shirts. They don't have much to try on. We asked if he could try on a shirt to make sure it fit. The lady that helped us stated that they didn't have that style or his size to try on. That we couldn't open it either because it was policy. No big deal I get it you don't want to ruin the merchandise. But how do people decide if it's a good fit or something they like? You gotta be proactive and have items ready to try on. I wish that I could give them zero stars but unfortunately that isn't an option. The man who owns the store is THE RUDEST individual that I have EVER come across!!!! I brought my son here to get a suit for a wedding he was going to. He just needed an inexpensive suit until he could fit into his other ones. Was it the top of the line suit? No. But he still spent almost $300 in their store!!! The man was rude from the get go, especially when speaking to me, but I tried to tell my son that we should show grace and kindness even though the man's behavior was reprehensible. That maybe he was having a bad day or that maybe he was just used to doing business like that in his culture. So we endured the rude treatment from him and bought the suit and shirt because my son needed it ASAP. My son showed up today to pick up the suit and had forgotten his ticket. The man dismissed him and said that he wouldn't give him the suit then. My son is extremely kind and timid so he didn't make a scene and left the store quietly to call me. I insisted that he go inside and get the suit. That the ticket was under my name and number and the man couldn't just keep his suit like that. Magically...after insisting they look up the info, they found the suit. I told him to try the suit on before leaving the store. They cut too much off on the sleeves!!! They tried to tell my son that it was fine. It wasn't but they weren't going to fix it! I called the store directly at this point and spoke to the man. He started yelling at me the moment I asked him to address the issue with the suit being tailored incorrectly. When I said, "This is utterly ridiculous how you are treating my son....." Then he flipped out at me and started screaming at me on the phone!!!! OMG!!!! I have never been so insulted!!!! I said, "Do NOT speak to me in that tone!!!! He said, "Of course I will speak to you when you said this is 'Ridiculous'" I couldn't believe what I was hearing!! No apology. No remorse. No professionalism whatsoever!! He just kept yelling and speaking to me in a condescending tone!! I had had enough!! I said that he may be used to speaking to women that way in his culture but that it was definitely NOT OKAY to speak to me again in that way!!! When the tailor came out, he too, was insulting and belittling to my son. He told my son that he knew nothing about suits or quality and that he must have never owned a suit in his life. Wow!!! My son actually owns several Italian Suit but had gained a little so he didn't want to buy another expensive suit while losing the weight. Then the tailor started yelling and said that he would let the hem out on the sleeves so they would hang to his knuckles since my son knew nothing about suits!!!!! Unbelievable! Say what?!?! Who speaks to customers like that!!!! They didn't want to fix their mistake....they just wanted to insult my son's intelligence and let out the hem that they sewed incorrectly to begin with!!! He paid for them to properly tailor the suit....they do it incorrectly but then refuse to correct the matter!!! DESPICABLE!!! THEN they even tried taking the suit away from my son altogether!!!! He had to actually pull the suit away from them! When they were at the old location My younger son and his high school friends bought suits there. I gave them dozens of referrals!!! I regret ever doing that! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! I pray that whoever reads this has the common sense to never set foot in that place! Especially if you are a woman!!! MIRACLE WORKERS! We had 48 hours to find a prom suit, after spending most of the afternoon at multiple stores due to lack of sizing or styles we found nothing we liked and didn't want to rent. We were referred here last minute to 3 DAY and it felt like we hit "GOLD"! Faye and Gus are out of this world! ***During COVID-19 Visit*** I had many suits done here, but I'll never go back. The lady who is the manager is very nice and helpful. So is the guy who does the actual tailoring. The guy who works there with the ponytail is downright rude, argumentative and lacks ALL customer service skills. Upon seeing me, he immediately and rudely asks "what are you looking for?" The last time I picked up suits, he practically saw me standing there for five minutes, ignored that I was ready to check out and went about his way. I'll be taking my hard earned money elsewhere. It's a shame that they have all these nice suits, but they can surely use some customer service etiquette.
