I looked up "records" on Yelp since I've been looking to rebuild my music collection with the termination of Spotify. It's got this old school arcade vibe, but there's a small rack with CDs, a section for records, another section for manga, merch and t-shirts in the back, and old school video games, consoles, and other stuff you can buy. There are two cabinets that allow you to pick games that you want to play, but don't take too long or you'll lose your credit. These games take quarters, so that's my gripe and what the minus one star is for. The workers here are cool and chill. There's a vending machine for snacks. I'll probably come by again one day when I'm in the area. It reminds of of the small arcades back in the day, so it's a nice trip to Nostalgia Town. There were two buddies who came in and got what sounded like was $20 worth of quarters to play. That was really awesome to hear a big chunk of quarters get dispensed. Have fun if you go!

First time coming here for my first One Piece TCG prerelease, and it was a complete mess. I arrived…read more10 minutes before the scheduled start time with a confirmed "successful" status in the Bandai TCG app. When I reached the front of the line, the owner turned us away, claiming the event was full. He tried to blame us for being late (even though we were on-time) claiming he told "everyone" to show up early. He then admitted he gave our reserved spots to those who showed up much earlier and weren't "successful". I called the store prior to the event to get update and I was told to check their Discord for announcements, but they never posted a single detail about the event schedule or early arrival expectations. We pointed out that we were on time and properly registered through the official app. It was our first pre-release event and we didn't know you had to arrive an entire hour early to wait in line (according to him). He ignore what we were saying and walked away. He returned a few minutes later with asking if we were "done whining" so he could just sell us the prerelease kit to get us to leave. I didn't want to leave empty handed after driving far, so I bought the kit and even apologized for making him upset and he completely ignored me. The owner is an incredibly stubborn, unprofessional man-child who refuses to follow Bandai's official tournament guidelines or listen to reason. I've already filed a formal complaint with Bandai so hopefully they lose their official store status and event privileges. Save yourself the headache and support a local game shop that actually respects its players and basic communication. Edit to reply to owner: Raul, you were the one who threw a tantrum when called out for not following Bandai's rules. I apologized for merely telling you the truth, an apology you didn't even deserve. Yet, you completely ignored it because you couldn't handle being wrong. Of course I'm writing a negative review; you are a terrible person. Going back to edit your response with a petty jab only proves the point. Take a look at your store's negative reviews. Every single one points directly to YOU and your toxic behavior. My fiancé and I asked the lady in the front desk if we were allowed to take our Starbucks inside, and she said yes. We started straight on in and there were plenty of curators in this shop. Many of the things were if the parent's or grandparents have passed on, items were turned in. Take your time looking around. Hidden gems are found, and seeing those who walked into antique alley with us did not leave empty handed. We have found a beautiful glass candy dish with a lid for a reasonable price. It was in good condition, no cracks. Bring a friend, a significant other or a family member I recommend middle of the week to find good parking.

It's from 8-2 p.m. and you can find all sorts of cool items like comic books, vintage magazines, vintage toys, kitchenware, jewelry, homemade craftwork, and more. Cash only please. The people are super friendly and can tell you where and when the items came from. Second street off of Garey Ave is blocked off so you can stroll at your leisure without worrying about traffic. Persnickety Antiquity is also open during the event so you can pop inside and take a look. The big holiday street faire in November right after Thanksgiving is when you'll see the most tables/vendors out, so don't miss it! Okay so if you're more of a night owl, come to the Second Saturday Art walk each month or the 4th Saturday food truck event that are both also on 2nd Street in downtown Pomona with live music and fun booths from 6-9 p.m.!

Wow... that was a long sentence... hope you took a breath or two LOL. So we had to check it out and see what "Typo" is all about. Hey, that rhymed. Cool! LOL As we got closer, we saw backpacks, stationary stuff, and some interesting artifacts. Basically, it's primarily a stationary shop. We come to find out from one of the staff members that "Typo" is a run on word to resonate with stationary paper and pen... eventual writing that may potentially generate typos... got it! LOL It's a really fun and interesting shop with lots of cool stuff. Atmosphere is welcoming. Staff was nice. Prices are very reasonable... you can get some knick knacks for $5. Sometimes they have specials like buy 3 selective items for $5.00. How cool is that! We didn't buy anything during our visit. I wanted to, but had to go because we were on a time crunch.
