I was hesitant to post this but I feel like they handled my order TERRIBLY. And I'm reminded of it…read moredaily when I see the results. I wanted to support and stay local and I pass this place on my way to work everyday. Sooo I had just bought a dozen hats to get our business name printed on them. I emailed few times back and forth... the guy I was talking to was clearly annoyed and said why don't you just measure the one you have.. I kept telling him that I don't have one printed I was just wearing the hat with no logo on it. He was irritated by simple resizing and didn't want to help me get the correct sizing for my order. I knew messaging could be difficult so to make this a smooth process I stopped by the next day and asked him if he could just print my logo on paper to see what the sizing would look like.. he was very annoyed and irritated with my request.. like if it isn't his job to make sure sizing comes out correct. Reluctantly he resizes my logo and prints it out on a piece of paper... only two different sizes their "standard" and 3.5" I had mentioned that I love silk screening and printing for some odd reason he took offense and angrily said " why don't you just do it then" and he was about to kick me out and I said no I just like doing it I don't want to go buy a press and do it myself. I just enjoy the process. I borrowed their scissors and tape and mocked up my OWN HATS hahaha (see pics) isn't this his business and part of the service to mock up the hats. A week later I get a email or a call saying my order was ready. I pull out the first hat and see that they pressed it with so much heat that it ruined and burned into the fabric. I thought for sure it was an honest mistake and the rest should be fine... NO EVERY SINGLE HAT WAS BURNED! This is such a wasteful thing to do.. I Wasted time money energy and resources. It's very sad to see that people handle their business this way. I would never recommend them to anyone... I feel He did this intentionally and why I don't know I was only trying to get my order made and got treated terribly.. also if they don't see anything wrong with this then that's the level of service you can expect from them.

I was able to pick up quickly. I was not able to criticize their printing bec my project was mostly black transfers. But they look great and looks almost like silkscreen. The shop is small and is at the end of an industrial street. You ring the bell and they just hand you your roll of transfers. The end. My only gripe is the price (it was 30-35% more expensive than an online competitor) but i guess I'm paying for the speed of completion and convenience of being local.

AVOID Logo Max if you need embroidery done correctly and on time…read more I ordered a graduation sash and provided clear instructions for the embroidery. Logo Max embroidered my sash incorrectly by swapping the placement of my name and major. When I contacted them, they admitted the mistake and told me that attempting to remove the embroidery would likely damage the sash, effectively ruining it. I live in Los Angeles and could not repeatedly travel back to Chino to correct a mistake that was not mine. Rather than taking responsibility for the inconvenience and additional costs caused by their error, they insisted I return to their shop despite knowing my scheduling limitations. Even more concerning was how they communicated once reimbursement was discussed. After I requested that any mailed check include tracking so both parties could verify delivery, I received aggressive and hostile emails from Riaz Deejay (images attached). These are not the kinds of responses customers should receive from a business owner when attempting to resolve a problem caused by the business itself. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company handles them. Instead of professionalism, accountability, or customer service, I experienced hostility, personal attacks, and an unwillingness to take full responsibility for the consequences of their own mistake. If you are ordering something important, time-sensitive, or difficult to replace, I would strongly consider taking your business elsewhere. ALSO, if you're a recent grad, go somewhere that won't belittle you for your accomplishments!
