I would not trust these folks or the FAKE REVIEWS. the couldn't get simple GRAMMAR correct for a simple site. They originally charged me $500 to build a simple 4 page site, After telling them I would not do social media marketing with them they tried to charge me $800.00 for the site. I did not agree nor did we sign an agreement for SMM, I told them I would think about it initially. They added to my invoice and tried to hold me by that. The site was a 1 product site, that required minimal effort, I could have built it my self but chose to outsource due to my busy schedule. They refuse to give me a refund nor do I have the website. I, paid Digital Nest Studios $1075 as a down payment and agreed to pay more when certain milestones were met. Then Digital Nest Studios, James Gordon, stated Digital Nest Studios, had completed work that is would be impossible for them to complete without me providing them certain code sections from an organization my company partners with, then Digital Nest Studios, James Gordon, infected my computer system with a trojan, that was sent via email, then when I stated that I wanted to cancel for cause and knowing that I am a business owner who has disabilities demanded that I overdraw all of my checking accounts and max out all of my credit cards to pay installments without showing any of the agreed upon work then when I refused demanded that my family pay stating that people with disabilities are not able to cancel for cause and calling me derogatory names and stating that my family is nothing because they won't pay for my mobile application development and marketing. Digital Nest Studios took $1075 from me and stated that they will not allow me to cancel for cause or issue a refund because I have disabilities. I found Digital Nest right here on Yelp, on this very page. I contacted them and was contacted by Andrew Reyes and he gave me an estimate to do my project and a firm completion date. I agreed and I paid him half of the money as a down payment, which was thousand of dollars. At first, everything seemed normal but then the problems started. *He did not meet the first milestone. *He did not meet the second milestone. *He did not meet the third milestone. After waiting for months the completion date came and the project had not been done and he gave me excuses. Then he said he would give me a small portion of my own money back if I gave him two more months for him to complete the project and I reluctantly agreed. *Two more months passed with nothing from him whatsoever. When I would email Andrew and ask him questions about my project, he would take DAYS to get back to me and half the time he WOULD NOT ANSWER ME AT ALL When Andrew did answer me, he would answer 1 question that I had asked and would not answer the other five questions that I had asked him. When I would call Andrew, he would not take my call and he would not return it. He then stopped answering my emails completely. I called me again and again with no return call. I emailed him again and again, with no reply. I sent him a postal letter to which he did not reply. I then checked and discovered that he is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. What a surprise! Andrew Reyes stole my money and I am now suing him in court to get my money back. Hiring Andrew Reyes and Digital Nest was the worst decision ever! The logo was done in about 3 business days (about 5 to pick from) when he only charged me for 3 to pick from. Once we got the one I felt looked the best for my needs, he further enhanced it to make it stand out. I'm totally in love with the logo. Once I knew Andrew was the man for the job I further hired him amd his company to work on my website.
