Good thing we only paid for the initial design and not the ongoing service. They said they would be there to support the product too but have disappeared and are completely unreachable so you won't run into this issue anyway seeing as they won't reply anyway. I gave ample opportunity to rectify when I requested help dozens of times but they're just gone.

I am a woman with absolutely NO computer skills, heck I barely know how to use my cell phone half the time so embarking on a business that requires most things processed online was scary...actually let me rephrase that IS scary! I signed up with this company a couple months ago and boy have I worked every single INCH of their staffs nerves. I was waiting for my account to get deleted because of how much I harassed them about not knowing this or that or how to install or remove something. Can I be honest and tell you EVERY tech I encountered online was professional, courteous but most of all quick! I mean, before I could type a response the problem was solved and I had MANY problems. I also have an account with Go daddy for another business I have and I have never received this level of service ever! This company is special in so many ways that I held off on doing this review initially because I wanted to hoard all the good service for myself. But I guess I'll share the magic of NerdPilots and the amazing products and service they provide to my yelp family. These folks are nothing short of genies in a bottle!

We learned a lot of valuable and meaningful information through the entire process of building our app Assuaged. We initially had an idea that was valuable, but not enough for today's market. We needed more guidance and mentorship. Creative27 fulfilled and exceeded above all expectations. I didn't believe in myself or ideas before meeting Vasile and his excellent team at Creative27. I'm a disabled Veteran and I have PTSD, and at one point I was obese and pre-diabetic. I stay home 95% of the time and I'm not very social at all. I gave up thinking I could find something that would make me feel accomplished. My wife Cindy has encouraged me to take my ideas and ambitions to the next level. I resisted this many times until she got me on a phone call with Vasile. The idea of investing your money into building an app product not knowing the future is very scary. But I will tell you 100% that this award-winning developer knows the game and how to bring you from nothing and build you into something you never saw in yourself before. They took our ideas and added their ideas and incredible teamwork which led us here. My wife and I are very thankful words cannot really express. Creative27 is a very skilled and an expert brand in app development. I can promise you that they only take cases they believe in themselves. If it wasn't for this amazing team we wouldn't be here today and we wouldn't be able to do something so meaningful. Thanks Vasile for your entrepreneur mentorship, Julieta for your excellent marketing mentorship and to everyone at Creative27 for building such a beautiful app. Thanks for changing our lives, we're eternally grateful. Andrew was so easy to get a hold of and was always accessible. Although he had extremely sad and unfortunate matters happening in his life at the time my website was being created, it never once affected the process. Andrew and his team pushed so hard all the way through till the end to ensure that I had a website and one that I was proud of. This went on for about a month. I spent thousands of dollars on an IT company to investigate and learned that Sunlight Media created a whole new email server for me, same email address, at GoDaddy. So, all of my emails were diverted to GoDaddy (I use business Gmail). Rather than fix the contact form on my website, they created a whole new email for me on a new server at GoDaddy. Also, when the IT company was on the back server of my site trying to investigate this, they learned that my Google Crawl (which tracks SEO) was turned off and it was turned off around the time Sunlight Media LLC built my website (the date of the change showed). Not once has Angelo accepted responsibility. Rather, he says things like his colossal mistake was within "the scope of our agreement." As if, diverting my emails to a whole new email server at GoDaddy was within the scope of our agreement when I asked him to fix the contact form on my website. Sunlight Media should reflect on their lack of professionalism and the lack of personalized attention they provide to projects. They have no care for the outcome or attention to detail. Beware. Totally unprofessional.
