Dealing with this company has led to depression, suicidal thoughts and bankruptcy! When attempting to express concerns, we were told by Pete,the lead on the job, that he would not finish the job,leaving my family without gas in the middle of winter! Unless, we stopped complaining! The gas company stepped on the main waterline to our property and broke it while replacing a gas line. They had to shut the water off at the meter. This was a Friday night. Called Albuquerque Plumbing because I know they do emergency and weekend repairs. Scheduled a Saturday afternoon appointment. When making the appointment, I was told that the regular fee to assess the problem is $150.00 plus an additional $150.00 for the weekend. I was okay with this. What I was not okay with was what happened when they arrived with two trucks. One of the guys turned the water on at meter and the other guy confirmed there was a leak. Then they reversed roles and the other guy said "Yes. There's a leak." WE ALREADY KNEW THERE WAS A LEAK. That's why we called Albuquerque Plumbing. The two guys did not attempt to uncover the pipe to determine what's wrong with it nor what's required to fix it. One guy says he is going to his truck to write us an estimate. He comes back to us with a quote of $3,000 and says it might cost more than that depending on what they find. We told them that was ridiculous, that they hadn't made any effort to determine the scope of the problem, and to leave. They still billed us $300.00 plus tax to drive their trucks to our location and basically do nothing, and then tried to extort us out of $3,000 (or more). I called another plumbing company. They came and uncovered the pipe, determined what was needed and did the repair plus replaced a cracked drain line...all for $450.00. I'd look elsewhere than Albuquerque Plumbing for honest, reputable workmanship and service. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would! All of a sudden I am getting calls, text messages and emails stating some HVAC company is going to send out a service technician to service my system in a house I haven't lived in in 5 years! When I got the call, I explained that I no longer reside in the house or in that state! This week I received an email stating they were sending out a technician that day! What the heck is going on? Oh yeah, one of the text messages said that they'd charge my credit card when the technician finished work! Really? How'd they get my card number? Better not!! Someone's going to jail! read more

Absolutely not worth the money! We are a small business and I was told we did not have to pay for all of our techs just the "managed techs". During onboarding we discussed going down to 2 managed techs at times. They slid into our contract we had to pay for a minimum of 6. I kept the managed techs between 2 and 4 yet I was charged a minimum of 6 every month and some months 8 employees. The amount per employee is absurd. I signed up to make managing our business easier. 2-4 times a week we were on the phone with support for hours because we would get disconnected or the chats would end trying to get our invoices batched over to Quickbooks. Our customers would pay before we could get some batches to work, making it extremely difficult to make deposits in Quickbooks. ServiceTitan reps would constantly tell us to look at the page showing why batches weren't linking. This basically is telling you that the problem is user error but the issue was the actual connection to our Quickbooks and no one would ever fix it. Paying thousands per month was supposed to make our jobs easier. Instead it took our office hours to batch around 10 invoices a day. I could of done it quicker using pen and paper. Reports don't work with employees that get different wages for public and private works jobs. I had to create my own spreadsheet to do payroll to make there timecard reports make any sense. You get a new "supervisor" to help you every other month so it's impossible to correct any issues you have going on. I'm still waiting to be refunded for overcharged months but won't hold my breath. It took 2 months after my contract was up to get refunded for only post contract monthly payments and to get them to stop charging me. read more

This service takes care of all the tasks (appointment bookings, automatic part counting and ordering, etc.) that were bogging down my business, taking up all my time and bringing expansion plans to a stand-still. We just started using service titan in May and have had a lot of trouble with support from the program. We had done the demo of pricebook pro and decided to start the contract. After we did the first on boarding meeting we went in and started working on our pricebook. We realized that this product lacks MANY MANY normal daily items for our HVAC industry. We felt deceived as the product doesn't truly offer what you guys had us under the delusion that it does. We reached out to our pro account manager Andrew Fang to back out of this and he said he escalated to his manager and got it approved on August 2nd. 3 weeks later on August 22nd he emails us and said there will be a cancelation fee of $2,250 (the full amount of the contract). We have went back and forth and even spoke to his manager Chris and they are still not letting us out of this. We have not even used this price book 1 time. Chris the manager let us know he does not have the authority to waive this fee. We have asked to speak with someone who does and have still not heard anything. We feel this is unfair and unreasonable for you guys to do to our small business. We are very unhappy and would like to hear from someone that can actually help us ASAP. If we can get this resolved we will delete these reviews and all will be well. If not, we will make sure everyone knows about this scam on every platform there is.
